Generally a good standard for the price. Staff very approachable, really good choice and standard of breakfast. A couple of minor issues- toilet roll holder coming off the wall and nowhere to put toiletries in the shower other than the floor. Also it was a very hot night and the fan, although useful, was very noisy so perhaps an upgraded model would be good.

Pretty goo hotel but rooms with no Air conditioning, a bit hot inside the rooms especially on the second or third floor.

Ideal hotel for when I go to concerts at the arts centre. Free parking and short walk. Very reasonable prices but I never book breakfast

The hotel was amazing and I loved the breakfast. Really enjoyed that there were smoothies, overnight oats (I would reduced sugar there though) and other healthy options.

Good value for money. Near to the venue we were attending and to local pub for food. Both walking distance. I had messaged ahead to ask for a room near to lifts etc due to mobility issues but found the room to be a long walk away.

I have stayed here a couple of times and it's an excellent and clean place to stay. There's daily housekeeping. Staff were helpful and respectful. They helpfully accommodated my situation the day I arrived. Parking is brilliant but car has to be registered. Worse and worse of all is the crappy unbefitting internet service of an institution like Warwick. The internet was weak & so unstable that, I had to buy T mobile international pass plan for my work and phone. I really hope something is done to improve the internet especially if guests are going to be assigned rooms that are a bit away from the reception (my room was 114 and the internet wasn't good at all).

Staff were very friendly, the curry was tasty and the breakfast was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was amazing as usual, i did miss the little pots o overnight oats this time, but it was still amazing.
