There was dried urine on toilet stool and seat of toilet, very little toilet paper, no small sample of soap or shampoo, TV wouldn’t work, battery missing from TV remote, no sheet on bed under comforter Will never come back to this motel again Tried it get a refund for second night so I could go to another hotel but got the run around since I booked with hotels.com and motel is owned by OYO so co owner at front desk said they could not give refund that it had to be authorized by OYO and when representative from hotels.com tried to contact OYO, we were put on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered.

Great location and affordable.

The manager of property is a super nice guy! The room was clean. The hotel is. Little old and could use some upgrades. But overall not a bad budget friendly place to stay.

We had a great stay. Excellent staff service.

Desk agent initially fave me dirty room. Second room had no wash rags so had to use a hand towel to wash. The outlets were all buried under furnature, except for one. I generally need three plug-ins to work comfortably. When I got there, a seedy black guy in a green lanturn t-shirt was pretending to smoke a cigarette, walking back-and-forth on every floor and scoping cars coming in at check-in time. I definitely felt watched. Neighbors were talking at night and I heard every creek in the steel walkways outside. I small a black bug at some point. A neighbor woke me up at 9:15, knocking at the door directly next to mine because her keycard wouldn’t work. Walked out to get shower stuff at 10, and mine didn’t work coming back, either. They didn’t have conditioner, only shampoo, and oh yeah, no breakfast. This hotel did practically everything wrong, not just one or two things, like I would expect. It was honestly the worst stay I’ve ever had.

It was quiet but the bed was hard

It could have been a little cleaner, with a couple more pillows also. We had a king bed with 3 small pillows.

Definitely get what you pay for. One of the cheaper rooms in town, very dated. Motel 6 would be an upgrade. Smelled old and musty.

Terrible sheets had poop and chips

Hotel has been remodeled. Very nice. Housekeepers need to clean bathroom floors behind the door. The hot/cold water hose needs to be switched in the sink. Room 201. No coffee maker, no iron. Very loud and disturbing family above our room after 12 midnight.

Bug in my bed. I know they believed me and they told me I'd get my money back but they are leading me around. Save your time and money and do not stay at any hotel affiliated with OYO

We loved the hotel. It was very nice, comfortable and cozy

Poorly managed. Staff couldn't program key & no manager available to do so. Had to have someone open room every time went out!! Had to get top sheet & make our bed as not on as made. Office not open till 9a.m. so unable to get receipt. Later Phone calls not helpful. Should get receipt mailed & a Refund!! Will not return.

I liked this property very kind staff and ask my opinion when I turned in my key

We had a family of 6 , so we got 2 room. Both rooms very clean . Great service very friendly Folks. We will definitely stay with them again

Rating: 1/10 Yeah, I get it—it’s a low-budget hotel and most guests are probably just looking for something cheap. But still, this was rough. The front desk said our room was ready, so we headed up, and the first thing that hit us was the smell—like old mildew, kind of like walking into a funeral home. The pillowcases were dirty with hair on them, and the bed had a huge sag in the middle. Worst part? We found a random pill sitting on the bathroom counter. If you’ve got kids, definitely check the room carefully. All in all, not a great experience.

The owners are very nice and haspitable they took care of all of our needs the parking is a little tight but the location is great and the room was comfortable and cool in the heat.

Overall we enjoyed the stay the room was spacious which is a plus for us bed was comfortable enough it was clean there were a couple issues in the room but we told staff about it and the young man who accommodated us went to lengths to take care of it and the other issue we let him know about and he assured us it will be taken care of. Again staff was friendly and accommodating so we still are giving a good review price was good for being right in Pigeon Forge on the parkway. We liked it.
