Larissa was awesome and resourceful regarding recommendations for places to visit. I would select the Kingston hotel each visit to Savannah it was such a restful experience. Very clean and sophisticated, staff are friendly and quick to assist. They’re also pet friendly and that made the stay even better.

Nice and quiet hotel. Perfect hotel to stay for business trips. The rooms are very clean and are comfortable. Close enough to downtown Savannah for it to not be an issue to get down there and walk around.

The surrounding area of this property is not the nicest. It feels a bit unsafe. But the actual hotel seems brand new on the outside and lobby area. The bathroom shower did not seem to be properly cleaned but the room itself was nice. Staff were all great and helpful. Probably would not stay again due to location, but for the price I believe it was worth it.

The property is close to the grocery store, and dining. Bed too high for people with mobility issues.

Too much expensive for the room

A fine budget hotel--clean, quiet, safe, attractive, up-to-date, well maintained, and charging reasonable rates. It has a fitness center, guest laundry, spacious free parking, and a dining room that I understand serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for a price. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. I thought it odd that my room had a refrigerator but no microwave. Maybe that's to steer guests toward the dining room. Also, there was no one at the desk when I left shortly before check-out time, which seemed one of the likeliest times for staff to be on duty. I put my room card in the basket on the desk with many others, as instructed, but never received an email receipt for my stay as the sign on the desk said I would. Check-in was handled efficiently by courteous staff. A $100 deposit was put on my credit card, which was refunded timely. Overall, my 3-day stay was excellent, nearly everything I could have wanted, with a comfortable bed, good shower, blackout window coverings, and daily housekeeping. I'd gladly stay again.

I did not like the area. Though no incidents occured the backside of the hotel is next to an undesirable area. The hotel looks nice on exterior as well as the interior. However, the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed in the corners, the tiled floor; bathroom and entry was dirty, and the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned.

I liked the friendly, helpful staff, workout room, convenient location to groceries, pharmacy and gas, quick access to downtown Savannah, and EV charging. I felt a bit apprehensive about the transient traffic through the parking lot at all hours of the day and night and it can be noisy in the room depending on who your neighbors are for the night. Also, I would have loved access to freshly brewed coffee at the bar/breakfast area instead of only having the weak room coffee, but it’s better than nothing.

Modern hotel and perfect for the one night stay I needed the riom for close to downtown without the parking fees. Food can be ordered feim the restaurant downstairs. Id stay here again.

Spacious room. Bathroom wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t spotless either. Hair on counter, shower needed more cleaning and it was hair in shower. Toilet seat was not clean.

Housekeeping needs to do better

Every about this place was perfect! The people are so, so friendly! The restaurant is great! Everything was just SPOT ON! Modern, clean, and conveniently located if you don’t want to stay in the heart of the city. We will definitely be back!

Hotel was very neat and clean with a very nice staff and an excellent restaurant inside.

The manager of the hotel restaurant is also the server, chef, and bartender. He’s wonderful! The service was friendly and the food was delicious!

It was only 4 miles from river street and they had a shuttle. The hour for the shuttle could be more times but overall it was good.
