I have no problem with the hotel but hotels.com. I could not check in immediately after I arrived because the hotel did not receive any notification from hotels.com. Then I contacted the customer service but it also failed to resolve the issue. The agent even asked me the phone number of the hotel so she/he can contact them. So so disappointed with hotels.com

I stayed there from June 4th to 12th. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and politeness of the staff. The price was reasonable and very centrally located. The amenities were in great working condition and never did have any problems. Will return again if I need a hotel and will recommend it.

Perfect location in central kolkata . Easy to walk to the river and markets .next to metro. It's very good value, as the rooms are big newly decorated and very clean . Bathrooms very clean with powerful shower. Excellently maintained. Everything working. Recommended
