Very nice property. Clean rooms , staff was very friendly. Hotel restaurant was very good. Quiet . Would definitely return to this resort.

Bills from the restaurant can’t be charged to the room. Also you’ll get wet if it’s raining from the hotel to the restaurant

The hotel was the best! The staff was so attentive and helpful, it’s like they all just want you to have a great stay. Everything was clean and the food/restaurant was delicious. I want to thank Mery and Andrea especially for being the best!!

En recepción no se comunican entre turnos, por ejemplo, en la mañana dejaba mi llave y en la tarde no sabían nada, en la mañana solicitaba transporte y en la tarde no sabían nada y el baño es muy bonito, pero no es muy funcional ni la regadera, ni la ventilación.

Great stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was fine but the windows opened into the courtyard which meant very little privacy. They had seating in the courtyard which had a cute touch. The shower was cold for one of us - maybe heating is not reliable.

Friendly staff, easy check in and out, nice relaxing garden area and pool, clean room, tasty breakfast. Only downside was that you need to take a cab or tuktuk to the island of Flores. However, it’s noisier and more expensive on the island so this worked for us better. The ride was only about 7 to 8 minutes away.

Excelente servicio, limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones. El personal resuelve de una manera rápida y efectiva. Suficiente parqueo y piscina limpia y agradable. El restaurante con variedad de opciones y agradable ambiente.

It’s brand new hotel. It is not at tourists area. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Unfortunately not many staff speak English, but there is Google Translate 😀
