I found the place clean, beautiful while my gardens groomed, and the people all very friendly

Was my second time staying at the hotel and I really enjoyed it. I needed a ride and they accommodated me clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel. Breakfast was good overall I enjoyed my stay. #My2ndHome

Hotel Tepeu was amazing 10/10 for sure. When we arrived to Flores, the staff were very kind. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator but staff members carried our luggage up for us. That was really nice of them. It's an example of the incredible service the staff at Tepeu are all about. All the workers were excellent in their treatment towards us. The room itself was great and the AC kept us cool. It's really hot and humid in Flores so that was a plus. Additionally, the pool was perfect for us. We were traveling with 2 year old and the pool had a shallow area specifically for kids like him to also enjoy. We were so grateful of how thoughtful the design was for the pool. Like other reviews mentioned, one of the best features TEPEU had was it's restaurant. The food was delicious! You might have to wait a little bit since the staff take your order and cook the food themselves but the wait is definitely worth it. Their menu had so many options and everything we tried was fresh and delicious.

Ampliamente recomendado, queda aprox. a 10 cuadras de la entrada de la isla. Limpio, nuevo y personal muy atento y amable. El restaurante excelente,.limpio y buen sazón. Volvería a hospedarme de nuevo

I was placed in a completely different room, not given enough towels. When I went to the front desk to complain about it I was not told they would switch my rooms as they gave me the wrong room, but they never called me back after I went out to explore the town. I called a couple of hours later they did not want to switch my rooms or give me a compensation for giving me the incorrect room. They stated the room I originally booked was under repair due to the water but I was not told before they switched me to a smaller room

Very nice property. Clean rooms , staff was very friendly. Hotel restaurant was very good. Quiet . Would definitely return to this resort.

Bills from the restaurant can’t be charged to the room. Also you’ll get wet if it’s raining from the hotel to the restaurant

The rooms are ok ,but there’s ti much noise outside. Wish they put better sound proof dors and windows .

The hotel was the best! The staff was so attentive and helpful, it’s like they all just want you to have a great stay. Everything was clean and the food/restaurant was delicious. I want to thank Mery and Andrea especially for being the best!!

En recepción no se comunican entre turnos, por ejemplo, en la mañana dejaba mi llave y en la tarde no sabían nada, en la mañana solicitaba transporte y en la tarde no sabían nada y el baño es muy bonito, pero no es muy funcional ni la regadera, ni la ventilación.
