I had a wonderful stay at the NINE hotel. The staff was welcoming and even were able to check us in before 3pm. We used the massage services, pool and gym, and ate at the restaurant. Everything was excellent!

Very chic place Between old city and new. Great, full breakfast. Excellent multilingual staff. 24/7 bar and concierge. Club attached was fun Friday night. Good facilities.

The entire hotel looks brand new and modern. The staff is amazing! Very helpful and willing to help. Also, the food at their restaurant is very good and not expensive (when converting to USD). Some side notes for someone looking to reserve is that they have a different concept, so there’s no room service and not bellman. Other than that, the overall experience was very good and the location is great as it’s about 20-25 minutes to the airport. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis looking for a great accommodation.

Me & my mom had an amazing weekend at the Nine lifestyle Experience. The personal was extremely kind, they were professional and very helpful. Special thanks to the front office manager Mr Zied and to the welcomers too Mr Omar, Mr Firas and Mr Bachir too. They had a new student at the reception, Skander he was really skilled! Our room was nicely decorated and the location of our hotel was super convinient. Breakfast was outstanding thanks to their F&B team, thanks a lot chef Asma and Mr Aymen, Mr Mongi & Mr Jad. we enjoyed our meals at the Nine restaurant. The security gards were so kind aswell (thanks Mr Raouf for helping my mom). We will be back soon!

Accueil, Hôtel design, confort, personnel , tout était fluide. Restaurant au top, tout fait maison devant les clients. On recommande.
