Gorgeous property

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hotel could improve in a few areas. Guests should be asked about accessibility needs in advance, especially regarding stair access. Cleanliness was acceptable. During our stay, a power outage affected the lower levels, including the restaurant and bar, for two days.

El personal súper amable, las recámaras de muy buen tamaño, muy cómodas con vista espectacular. Alberca increíble y acceso a la Laguna con kayak que puedes usar sin costo. Divino diseño del hotel, buena comida.

Location was by far the best we have had travelling around Yucatan. Beware no parking just on side of the road The Good 1 the room was large, modern with plenty of storage well planned. 2 king bed with lovely bedding and comfortable mattress felt like home 3. Bathroom with separate WC and shower with amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water, rare in Mexico 4 mini fridge, nespresso capsule coffee maker, water provided and coffee 5 beautiful balcony with super comfortable extra large chairs views across the lagoon which were amazing WiFi worked really well Amenities lovely terraced areas with beautiful comfortable seating Pool small but adequate Private jetty to the lagoon which included again sun loungers, paddle boards and life jackets for free use on lake. Restaurant and food Hit and miss small menu with usual food like most restaurants in Mexico. Very reasonable prices for drinks and food which again is rare in tourist areas The staff however need to be trained and have a better attitude in the restaurant I believe the manager was the best Maria the worst. No elevator but staff on hand to help with your bags Reception checking in was excellent Fatima was by far the best and friendliest receptionist we have had in our Mexican tour the Morning ones were dower probably bored and in need of training.

Las instalaciones son de primer nivel todo limpio y nuevo, muy bien ejecutado arquitectónicamente. La ropa de cama muy cómoda y las toallas en excelente estado. El personal siempre dispuesto y muy amable. Una de las noches tuvimos un tema con falta de aseo a la habitación, pero se resolvió al día siguiente. Desde el momento de hacer mi reservación fueron muy amables e incluso tuvieron un detalle muy lindo de felicitación en la habitación pues les comenté que celebrábamos un cumpleaños. Lo único que le hace falta al hotel es mejorar su servicio de wifi y tener teléfonos en las habitaciones para contactar mas fácilmente a recepción o restaurante.

Todo muy bien, solo falta un poquito más de personal, pero el que hay le hecha muchas ganas pero aún así se tardan en las solicitudes por que son pocos . Pero al final resuelven y el lugar es fantástico , todas las habitaciones tienen vista a la laguna y eso cuenta mucho! Todo es nuevo y limpio! Faltan más opciones en menú pero funciona . 😁

Beautiful hotel and location. They even put a slice of birthday cake in our room as we were celebrating. Quiet and peaceful. Staff all very friendly

The property is brand new and the rooms are beautiful. The staff - at check in, at the restaurant, and cleaning the rooms - was great. The view of the lagoon from the rooms is amazing. We really liked being able to take out the kayaks for a spin. The restaurant is very good and also very reasonably priced. We ate breakfast twice and dinner three times. We had great food and drink down there. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Amaranto and would go back again.

La vista y el ofrecimiento de los mayas buenísimo, la atención del staff brutal. Pero si la más atención en dejar aguas en el cuarto de cortesía, café . Pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Un hotel boutique nuevo con un diseño increíble, las instalaciones están preciosas y la ubicación está excelente. La habitación es amplia con acabados nuevos, mucho espacio de cajones y clóset. Cuenta con caja fuerte, frigobar, aire acondicionado, ventilador, cafetera y pantalla. La cama muy cómoda y la decoración hermosa. Lo mejor de todo, la vista a la laguna desde el balcón 😍 El baño cuenta con shampoo, acondicionador, body wash y body lotion. También secadora de pelo y plancha de ropa, solicitándolas en recepción. También cuenta con restaurante, las bebidas y los alimentos muy buenos. La alberca muy agradable y lo mejor de todo cuenta con su propio muelle, también cuenta con kayaks para el uso de huéspedes, de las mejores experiencias en nuestra estancia. Por último, pero no menos importante, la atención del personal excelente, un gran servicio y siempre al pendiente de lo que se nos ofreciera; la limpieza de todo el hotel y de la habitación excelente. Sin dudarlo regresaría a Amaranto Hotel Boutique ✨☀️
