Ignore the description on websites about the room. No rooms have any TV's, tea or coffee making facilities. You can still make a cup of tea or coffee & watch certain tv programmes but this is down in the breakfast room. Inside cupboards & drawer units were a bit dusty, not been cleaned properly. It could of done with somewhere to hang towels (had to leave them draped over the radiator), would have been nice to have a proper toilet roll holder rather than place it on top of the only bin in the room (which was in the bathroom). It did have a makeshift one but was tucked right behind the toilet, not good for those with back issues. It could have had some hooks on the back of the door to hang towels. The rest of the room, albeit basic, was clean & tidy. That said, there was a good selection for breakfast & the staff were very pleasant & helpful. It was ideal for what we needed, a base to visit Manchester.

Very friendly staff , mattress was so hard and uncomfortable (very cheap) very basic but ideal for 1 night as very reasonable

We had a peaceful and comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. I would definitely come back :)

A super and family friend hotel with brilliant service. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as perfect as it could be. Highly recommend.

My room was a little on the small side for two people. There was no TV, and unfortunately no WiFi in the room either – I did flag this to the manager. On the positive side, breakfast was very good and the lady running it was both friendly and helpful. All in all, a decent hotel for the price paid.

100/10 recommend staying here! continental breakfast was good, served every morning. love the format of the hotel and common area. the staff was the best part for me, all so kind and helpful. really made my experience all the better as a solo traveler! safe area and so close to the bus stop making it even more perfect. absolutely no complaints and would love to come back asap:)

Vi skulle blot bruge hotellet til at sove på. Vi have en overnatning, og sov dejligt. Sengene var lidt bløde, men udover det var det godt. Morgenmaden var ikke lige vores smag. Men til prisen var vi meget glade.

Excellent and very friendly staff. Very noisy and busy main road directly opposite a hospital. No TV or kettle in room. Reasonably clean.Bottle found behind unit. Family room was great. Double bed new but single bed not so and very soft. Continental breakfast was good. WiFi was ok. In short a very basic place more like a hostel than hotel. Friendly and inexpensive

Perfect overnight stay! .. attending a concert at the AO Arena in city centre .. much cheaper accommodation than staying in the actual City and only a short drive away. Very friendly welcome, lovely lady ..we had a large room .. was clean ..comfortable ..parking included 😃.. help yourself to a continental Breakfast ..we had a nice cuppa and toast before we left . stayed at this hotel for two weeks. I can't say anything bad about it, since my experience was wonderful with all the staff who work there. I recommend it 100 percen

The place is clean and easy location

I had a friend in Salford Royal having surgery. A Better Night Hotel gave me a safe comfortable space for me to be so I could be there for my friend every day! The room was comfortable and clean. Thank you.

Amazing

This hotel was inexpensive and did the trick, but definitely wasn't as nice as advertised on the website so we felt a bit let down. The staff were nice, and things seemed clean... for the most part. I would have given it a better review but there were a few smaller issues and a few bigger issues for us. Smaller issues: the shower didn't drain well, macerator on the toilet was super loud, and no blackout curtains even though the room faced a hospital, so quite a few very bright ambulance lights. The beds were also not comfortable, and a number of the food items at breakfast were expired. Big issues: we have a young child and found a cigarette filter in our room, as well as a small pointy metal object poking out of the sheet in the double bed. To me, these things were a bit of a safety hazard and made me a bit distrustful of the standards of everything else.
