The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is only a 10min walk to a mall and one of the hop-on hop-off stops to take the tour. There is a mini mart next door.

Clean and well prepared when we checked in. I found it wasn't that well maintained during our stay but overall it was good and I'd recommend it.

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Tembo, the staff in the Pool Bar and Restaurant were very friendly and helpful, such a lovely spot to take in some sunbathing at the end of the day. Our room was cleaned every day but we did not see any cleaners or bedding trolleys, amazing service. Thank you. Only comment is the location is near a poor area and a local advised us to take care and not to walk around that area. the coffee bar across from the Hotel is perfect for a well costed start to the day breakfast. You will always need to get a taxi to see the sites of Barcelona average cost €15 per journey, but there is always a Taxi waiting outside to meet you. Loved the Hotel Tembo, a wonderful stay.

The rooftop facilities were great. Visit the breakfast buffet earlier than later so you can take your time.

Hotellet var nybyggt & väldigt fräscht samt snyggt designat. Poolen var liten men vi besökte under låg säsong vilket gjorde att vi inte stördes utav det utan kunde njuta av vädret och utsikten. Det som var dåligt var personalen uppe vid restaurangen vid poolen, de tog för mycket betalt och ville inte lämna tillbaka beloppet som hade blivit fel tills jag envisades vilket är en konflikt som jag inte borde tvingats till att ha på ett såpass fint hotell. Pinsamt. I övrigt var personalen trevlig & tillmötesgående. Rekommenderar detta hotellet om man vill bo i ett lugnare område utanför centrum

Hotel really nice and the top floor with sun loungers was really nice. pool is very small but nice. Only issue we had was that it is at least an hour walk into the main part of city. Metro is close so you can use this. We walked down the path next to the beach into the centre but construction is going on along the complete path. In a few months it will be really nice but currently its like walking through a building site. Also no local Nice local restaurants / bars nearby apart from in the nearby Shopping centre. If we were visting Barcelona again I would find a hotel closer to the centre.

The roof top bar was amazing

I enjoyed my stay at Tembo Barcelona. The room was modern, clean, cozy and had everything I needed. The staff was extremely accommodating and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Everything was wonderful. Pool is small and not heated, if u like a cold plunge you will be fine.

Bar war super, essen frisch zubereitet

Très compliqué le parking , plus de 15 min pour qu’on nous ouvre le portail. Communication compliquée avec le personnel . Je peux vous dire qu’avec un bébé de 3 mois en crise et qu’on doit se répéter 50 fois pour qu’on ouvre le portail c’est très énervant ! Mise à part cette problématique, le reste été impeccable.
