Clean well equipped modern hotel

Excellent service and amazing location close to the airport. Free parking available just outside the entrence. Food was great high quality and rooms were big and modern.

Clean rooms, staff is amazing and the breakfast buffet very impressive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and very comfortable. Dinner in hotel was excellent and too pricey.

Habitación excelente. Destaco el detalle de bebidas de cortesía. Me disgustó muchísimo, que me digan que la tarifa del desayuno es de 17 euros para quien lo contrata en el momento del check in, pero varía a 20 euros si uno decide tomarlo a la mañana siguiente. Es una presión innecesaria, que no corresponde con un hotel de categoría de la línea Melia!!! Cuando pregunté a qué se debe esa diferencia de precios, me contestaron que estaba "de oferta". Además en el sitio de hoteles.com (donde hice la reserva) aparecía a 15 Dólares el desayuno. Sensible diferencia. No me parece una buena idea esa presión. En cuanto al servicio de shuttle cabe aclarar que sólo va y viene al aeropuerto T4. En los sitios de reventa de hotelería, no se especifica. Yo llegué a la T1, y no tenía shuttle, pero al irme sí conté con el servicio pues mi vuelo salía de la T4. El personal del hotel son jóvenes muy serviciales.

Excellent location if you need to be near the airport. It is is a lovely area with shops and restaurants. The hotel offers shuttle to the airport starting at 5 am. Very nice restaurant. Spacious rooms.

A truly beautiful hotel with an exceptional level of service. The rooms are superb, spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the incredibly kind and attentive manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The convenient airport shuttle service was also a huge plus seamless, reliable, and made the whole experience completely stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuinely warm hospitality.
