Hotel limpo, agradável, ótimo atendimento, muito bom café da manhã. A localização é longe dos principais locais turísticos de Madrid, mas dá para se locomover de ônibus.

It's really clean and practical. I loved it.

Excellent customer service

I really like the environment of the lobby.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and professional. Would recommend it. The only things that need improvement are: 1) the bread toasting area. It is located in a corner that obstructs the flow during breakfast. 2) A makeup mirror would be a useful addition.

Um pouco afastado do centro, dificulta um pouco a locomoção.

Staff at this hotel were excellent. They arranged breakfast for us as we had an early taxi ride to the train station and also arranged a taxi for us. Great place to stay

I enjoyed my stay. Property was quiet and safe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not a busy area but big shopping mall near by full of restaurants and stores. My only complaint was I had lukewarm water to shower. Other than that I would definitely recommend if you need a simple and affordable place to stay.
