Great location, calm area but close to shopping. Clean and nice rooms, I really recommend this hotel/apartments! Good value breakfast (or lunch/snacks) just outside but also nice place for drinks and pintxos in the corner where one of the oldest pintxos bars in the city is located. On the ”bad side” maybe a bit too firm pillows and weak shower but nothing to really complain about if you are not super picky with that.

What a fab place! We only stayed for one night, but would not hesitate to book again on our next trip to Bilbao!! The room was lovely and spacious, with a very big, very comfy bed! Everything was really clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The location was perfect too, just a 15 min walk to the Guggenheim museum, and 10 min walk to the Old Town! There was luggage storage available if needed and the staff were really helpful, making sure we had a taxi ordered for the early start to the airport the following morning. Would highly recommend and will be booking again!

Laat ik als eerste beginnen met dat er gewoon airconditioning is. Deze is op je kamer zelf te bedienen. Ik las recensies van mensen die klaagden over de kamertemperatuur, maar ik was er in een week met 35°C en ik kon mijn airco gewoon zelf bedienen en het was dus gewoon lekker koel. Perfecte ligging. Lekker rustig maar toch vlak om de hoek van de grote einkelstraat en allerlei restaurants. Dicht bij een metrostation, bushaltes, treinstation en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het was er heel schoon. Je krijgt ook een pakketje voor als je gebruik maakt van de keuken, onder afwas te doen met een spons, afwasmiddel en vaatdoek. Enige wat ik miste was een theedoek/handdoek voor de keuken, om je afwas te kunnen drogen. Groot pluspunt wasde Dyson föhn met diffuser, dus ook mensen krulhaar kunnen hun haren goed drogen! Als ik weer in Bilbao kom, zal ik hier zeker weer verblijven!

El hotel está en una zona sumamente céntrica. La habitación con una decoración fantástica, limpia y espaciosa.

Imanol el chavo de la recepcion un servicio destacable, hizo de la estancia un gusto extra a diferencia del resto de la recepcion, ele de verdad se esfuerza en que te sientas recibido. 10/10

Location was key as it was near to restaurants,shops and good public transport …and there was a little park close by that you could sit and enjoy the sun!!

Hotel is in a wonderful location and staff are exceptional. Rooms spacious and very classy. The balconies overlooking the square are lovely. I would definitely stay here again. Superb place!
