Nice, clean, and conveniently located. The space is a little tight, but then again, those of us used to larger accommodations in the US need to remember that things are properly-sized in Europe.

Location is central and the metro entrance is right in front. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The rooms are clean with everything you need. Best bang for buck hotel in the area. 100% would recommend!

We stayed twice. Both times were excellent. The staff was excellent. We will definitely stay again when we return to Madrid.

Area is very convenient. The staff are amazing.

Location was good, comfy bed, nice towels and bedding. Facilities in room basic, had to request a kettle, only given 2 teabags a day, no milk or English teabags. Bedroom and bathroom very small. Wouldn't stay here again, much better properties around with more character and cheaper

This is a boutique hotel. Its very quiet. Walkable everywhere. Had a good view. The staff Kevin and Gloria is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Very convenient its close to subway station. I would recommend this cute hotel.
