La zona es muy linda, esta bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina, esta bien organizada la heladera para cada abitacion. Lo que hay que tener en cuenta es que es muy ruidoso y tiene un colegio en la misma cuadra que desde temprano se escuchan los chicos en el recreo, como en Ed.Fisica.

La ubicación en primer lugar es excelente. La habitación era tal cual estaba en las fotos, por lo que no hubo sorpresas. Mi horario de check-in estuvo dentro del rango de horas en las que no hay sobrecargo, y la comunicación para hacerlo fue fluida. Si tengo que poner un pero no es acerca del alojamiento sí, si no de los huéspedes. Compartiendo un baño lo que uno espera es dejar el baño como lo encontró, y ese no fue el caso. Por favor, seamos mas conscientes de lo que significa compartir.

Room was clean, had necessary amenities. Great view as well. If you’re looking to spend a lot of time in the room this probably will not be it for you. Apartment was nice, did the job of accommodating for just sleeping. Host was very communicative as I was arriving late. Note, there is no “check in” desk or anything like that, host needs to come let you in to the building which might take a few minutes as they run around to other apartments as well. Overall I’m easy to please, I enjoyed my stay. Bathroom was clean, kitchen was clean. There are tons of good shops around.

OTROLIGT STÄLLE! Supertrevlig och enkel värd, enkel in och utcheckning och perfekt läge för en turist som inte vill bo på de mest turistiga ställena men ändå se stan! Området var mycket fint, nära till många resturanger, brunchställen, supermarkets och butiker. Mycket fina gator och kändes mycket tryggt. Låset på rummet var säkert och rummet mycket luftigt. Köket hade det mesta och var väl strukturerat. Fick seperat nyckel för rum, ytterdörr och port. Överlag mycket bra!

Cortain shower was very dirty. One bath for at least 3 rooms is too much. They over charge 24 Euros extra because I forgot to book for two people. Room was very small and uncomfortable Guests left in the morning and didn’t close the apartamento door.

Sheets were dirty. It was an ok experience

La habitación es tal cual se ve en las fotos. El internet en ocasiones tarda en conectarse y es muy lento. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, me tocó una época muy calurosa y solo tiene una ventana por la q entra aire caliente y un ventilador de pedestal.

You are getting a room in a large apartment but have access to kitchen and bathrooms. Not gonna lie, the room is very small but if you are on vacation, how much time are you planning on spending in it? There is also laundry (extra charge) in the apartment and AC is available (extra charge). Bars/Restaurants/shopping/pharmacies/coffee shops/monuments all not only in walking distance but reachable in < 2 min. Right across the street from a bus stop and taxi stand,

Very bad, firstly there is no air conditioning but we knew it before our payment so that’s fine. Secondly, the bed is very dirty with hair dust on it. Lastly which is also the most terrible thing is someone tried to open our door at midnight and tried to break in our room with keys. We reported the host and asked for refund but she just ignored our concerns with an indifferent attitude

I am very unsatisfied with my stay at this accommodation. The reasons are as follows: * The listing indicated air conditioning as an amenity. There was no air conditioning - it was broken. It was extremely hot indoors for the entire duration of our stay, making sleep very difficult. It seems that the proprietors have since removed this amenity from their listing details, but it was there when I booked. * It is a shared accommodation, and there were multiple incidents with other guests behaving poorly, impacting our peace and quietude. Namely: returning to the accommodation in the early morning hours of the night extremely intoxicated, slamming doors and turning on lights, arguing, and leaving the bathroom door locked after leaving the bathroom, thus making it impossible for other guests to gain entry to the bathroom. Luckily, my traveling partner was a former locksmith, so he was able to secure re-entry to the bathroom. Anyways, all of these incidents are in contradiction to the stated policy that, again according to their property details: "Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM." * When I contacted the property about these issues and requested a partial refund as a remedy, they completely ignored me - no response whatsoever. Otherwise it's a decent accommodation with daily cleaning services, but due to the false A/C advertisement and the way they chose to ignore me and not offer any (even small) refund, I cannot recommend them.
