Great location and lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but it's close to lots of cafes and bars etc. The only comment was the shallow shower tray meant the bathroom got very wet and we struggled to keep it dry. A small fridge would have been ideal as well as it can get very hot in Santander.

La habitación no estaba limpia del todo, tenía desnivel en el baño, fanta de servicios, y me encontré un bicho que tuve que matar en la pared. La amabilidad del personal normal. La ubicación muy buena

Needs an urgent update. Staff very nice but the rooms and bathroom very poor maintenance.

La habitación era extremadamente pequeña, apenas había espacio para moverse. El baño también muy reducido con la puerta llena de moho y sin ventilación. El suelo estaba sucio, lleno de pelos negros. El ascensor no funciono correctamente durante toda la estancia, lo que fue un gran inconveniente. En general, el estado del hostal no se corresponde con lo que esperábamos al reservar después de ver las fotografías de las habitaciones.
