Liked the location. Did not like that there was no cable TV, housekeeping could only give you one towel and one wash cloth. Full kitchen with no dishes. Nice and clean but I would not stay there again. Not that one.

Absolutely loved my stay. Clean, quiet, spacious and every amenity I needed for a good night stay and a great night sleep. Water pressure in the shower was low, but the awesomeness of the rest of the room made up for it.

Pretty straightforward and simple accommodations. Nothing fancy but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there were many close by shops and places to grab something to eat. The front desk personnel who she led us in could use some assistance with improving customer interaction. He wasn’t rude but also wasn’t warm, welcoming, or communicative.

First problem.#1. Reserved two rooms thru hotels.com. They only had one. So we ended up paying the hotel rate of $237.#2 No tv because they were having a problem. #3. No water pressure. They were trying to figure out why. So after paying that amount of money, we couldn’t watch tv or take a shower. This will be reported to this chains corporate office. And forgot the mini stove top was dirty and no Kleenex or anywhere that a box could be kept.

Well Maintained hotel. Rooms are great - wood floors, great bathrooms and super comfortable beds.

Prebooked a room. When we arrived the first room hadn't been turnover. Went back to the front desk and were given a different room. That room wasn't turned over either. When we went back to the front desk the clerk said there were no other rooms and was refunding us. When asked if one of the rooms could just be cleaned it wasnt an option as there was no housekkeping staff on. 6 hours away from home and without a hotel not great. Able to book into another hotel so it worked out for us. But definitely wouldn't chance this hotel again. Should be noted the clerk was pleasant and just following policy.

Our trip started out as a complete fluke when we needed to switch hotels after a brief stay at a different hotel, but we were so glad we did! Our check in was great; our suite with all our needed amenities were thankfully in place and we thoroughly enjoyed our six-day stay at the new facility. * I would suggest maybe hiring on a few more staff to help with all the clientele and their varying wishes. I felt bad the one staff was single-handedly trying to cover all the different department duties while working second shift...she was awesome and showed pure professionalism! But for our own stay and it only being open the past three months they did a great job! (Post signs or hand out important information at check in so guests can use all the features independently). We used an accessiblility suite, and the layout was almost perfect for those needing the accommodations. Thanks again!

The staff were all very friendly. The room was very clean. All the necessities were available.

Fairly bare bones but nice. No coffee maker in room. There is a coffee maker in lobby. Only one plastic drinking cup in room. No liner for ice bucket. Full-size refrigerator in room. Microwave. Dishwasher with minimal dishes and flatware for two. Place seems clean and hospitable. Fairly bare bones but nice.

It was a very nice stay for what we needed it for.

This property was great. Wish they had conditioner for hair, hand lotion, and tissues.

They cancelled our reservation due to not having a clean room for us. We had already paid and completed the pre-check in. This caused a huge inconvenience to us. We landed at the airport and found out via a voicemail that they left while we were flying that they canceled our reservation. We had to try to scramble to get a new hotel last minute.

Property is new & very nice. Great staff.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is modern and what I loved about it is that the suite was equipped with everything that I could possibly need for my trip.

I’ve stayed here several times since the property opened and I’ve never had an issue. It’s clean it’s comfortable. It’s quiet and it’s convenient as it is located right next to the Thruway or I 90. But during this 8 night stay, I had asked four different times for toilet paper. The room only started with a half roll and another spare. I sent two messages through the send message to hotel portal, called twice speaking to somebody, and then saw somebody and asked them as well. For four days, I had no toilet paper. I ended up purchasing my own. Then I asked about the garbage because I was here for eight nights. They said they have the guests bring out their own garbage to the dumpster in the back. No problem I can do that, but they don’t provide any extra garbage bags. So I went and bought myself garbage bags. I’ve never experienced this side and it made me very aggravated. As this is a work trip and I work usually around 10 to 12 hours per day not including travel. And it was 9 shifts straight. So to have to deal with this, it’s just is very upsetting.

The room was clean and had a kitchenette. Overall it was a good experience. I really only had one issue. The room above us was noisy like there was a big dog running around all night. That was really annoying.

The place was brand new, just didn’t look like the been cleaned properly - there was a hairball behind the bathroom door, toothpaste on the counter, mirror had spots. There was no soap anywhere either (maybe this is common with suites?)
