The bed was good, room was spacious and clean

When I got to the hotel, I waited for 15 minutes because they couldn't find my reservation and started checking. I had booked a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes, which annoyed me.

Excellent all round experience in a brand new hotel with an experienced team making it work seamlessly.
