This place was pristine. It has a locked gate with six parking spots. There are six units. Some are studios and some might have one bedroom-I’m not sure. I stayed in a studio. They each have a kitchenette. The place have a beautiful terrace with a table for about 10 people. I think the terrace has a wood burning oven. It’s gorgeous, brand new and very welcoming. Please note: the street has exclusive parking spots out front. One is marked Josefa. You have to ask the manager which street parking spots are allowed if parking on the street.

Great restaurants close by good fish place closes at 4 across street from JS very good also

Do not park on green spaces other than Josefina Suites marked possible tow

Excellent experience at Josefa Suites. The location in La Paz is very convenient, close to the malecón and several restaurants. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The service was great and always attentive. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

La cama muy agradable, la cocina bien equipada, ubicación a 10-15min del malecón, zona muy segura, televisión con Netflix y suficientes canales, persona de contacto siempre muy disponible y rapido en responder.

Estuvimos hospedados en el departamento con 2 habitaciones. El departamento está super bien, limpio, cómodo con todo lo necesario, nos encanto. El único problema que tuvimos fue que no recibimos los códigos de acceso con anticipación y estuvimos intentando localizar a la persona sin tener respuesta por whatsapp y no respondía a nuestras llamadas. Estuvimos esperando 1hr para poder tener las claves de acceso.

Everything was perfect

Great stay at Josefa Suites in La Paz. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the staff was kind and always available. It’s about 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants, and getting around was easy with Uber, which felt safe. I also liked the gated entry and coded room access. Would definitely recommend.

Luxury property, very new and clean. Fenced courtyard for parking, very secure. Nice kitchen, large refrigerator, reliable hot water. Very nice place!
