Really convenient for the airport ... But slightly further from town than expect.. Some upgrading work happening so roof top barbeque area not accessible and some noise . However room clean and large kitchen area if needed. Everyone really helpful.

Arrived late, well advanced noticed sent to owner. Was met by a man at hotel who showed us suite and gave us keys and wifii password. This man told us the owner will comeby the following day. No show. Apartment was nasty as if the last guest left and we arrived. Used bag of ice in freezer, dish on dish rack, used toiletries. No microwave and no feee bottled water. Shower stank after use because water stayed stagnant for good hour to two or so after use. I emailed owner about microwave, no reponse as yet. Much needed because I had a baby on trip. NEED A REFUND!!!!! Same man cameby apt on Sunday and claimed owner will meet us by Oasis cafe to collect payment. Seems as though hotels.com took booking and not paymet. Went there, same man there, asked for owner as no show again. Was told she is busy. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT OWNER KNOWS SHE RENTED US AN UNFIT AND NASTY SUITE AND WAS ASHAMED TO MEET US! NEED MY MONEY BACK MONIQUE MARTIS! Kitchen had an electrical stove that should have been dumped years ago. Place dusty, yard nasty, and owner shady as hell! I stayed there over this weekend 14 to 17 April, 2023! No internet in rooms barely any in living room. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! PICS TO PROVE!!!!! Button wont allow me to upload pics!

Great place lovely staff

Apartment was good albeit that the surroundings are still work in process. Location a little remote so you'll need a car or have a 20 minute daily walk to town. Super service-oriented host who drove us to restaurant and picked us up afterwards. Good place to start hikes to Mount Quill.

Clean , quiet , good location

Very nice place, comfortable, quiet and very clean. We had a nice second "home" for a week. The location is good too. We rented a car, and it was very easy and quick going around.

The owners were very friendly and helpful to us. We enjoyed our stay here.

This property is pretty good for the price. The apartment is big and has all the convenience you need. It is only a short 20 mins walk or 5 mins taxi drive from the main city, restaurants and the beach. The only issues I had was trying to reach the property at check-in when I got to the island. Once I was able to speak to the owner, the communication was great. She was friendly and even arranged transportation to take me back to the port when I left. I would stay there again.

The property was very clean and good attention. It's a very quite site.

Though the property is clearly under construction, the staff is phenomenal, courteous, caring and attentive. During my future travels here I will be sure to book lodging here. The upper deck lounge area gives you a beautiful view of the island and water.

Although its set off the beaten path i was amaized at the condition of the room. Brans new everything and they are working on more room accommodations.

It was a great place to stay. If I would return to St Eustatius I would probably book with them again.

Very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

The place was clean and modern. The rooms are fitted with AC units (which is great for the summer heat). The locals were VERY friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
