Amazing service, especially by the helpful receptionist with glasses (she was cheerful and helpful). Breakfast is tasty with diverse options, location is strategic as we could reach everywhere in Sofiya by public transportation.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con amici. Si trova a circa 25 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sofia. L’hotel è pulito, la colazione ottima e abbondante. Non ho nulla di negativo da segnalare: esperienza molto positiva!

Belle chambre, bien équipée, mais mal insonorisée Petit-déjeuner copieux et suffisamment varié Situation géographique excentrée, mais bien desservie par les transports en communs (très peu chers) Bon rapport qualité-prix, mais la qualité de l'accueil pourrait être facilement bien meilleure...

Hotel muito confortável. Quarto e banheiros amplos. Café da manhã simples mas bom. O hotel não é muito central, precisa andar cerca de 10 min até a estação de metrô.

Clean and spacious room, The balcony was a lovely extra. The bathroom was very modern and felt luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is maintained well and a good selection at breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a supermarket across the road and a short walk into the city centre and metro.

Hotel super nuevo, habitación muy grande y desayuno muy completo. La estancia ha sido perfecta, pero tuvimos un percance las dos noches que estuvimos hospedados, con un grupo de chicos, bebidos, que hacían mucho ruido a altas horas de la noche. Recomendaríamos que debido a la categoría que tiene este hotel, lo tuvieran en cuenta, su personal es magnífico y quiero destacar a Diana (en recepción) excelente persona, atenta y muy servicial. Gracias.

Oda temiz ve rahattı. Banyo yenilenmişti ama odalar küçüktü. İçerde hareket edecek yer yoktu. Kahvaltısı yurtdışı oteli kriterine göre güzeldi. Otopark ücretli 8 Euro günlük, etrafta araç park edecek hiç yer yoktu. Odada içtiğimiz sulara da para istediler.

Zeer proper hotel, goede ligging. Heel lekker ontbijt met enorm veel keuze. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en sprak goed Engels.

Etablissement, accueil, chambres à la hauteur du prix payé. Le personnel est très sympathique. Il y a un restaurant disponible le soir. Tarifs trésor abordables.

Das Zimmer mit Whirlpool hatte nur den Whirlpool und keine separate Dusche. Im Bereich des Pools gab es keine verlässliche Möglichkeit sich festzuhalten. Es könnte rutschig werden. An den Fenstern gab es abgeschnittene Kabel. Es gab nur einen Lift. Die Lage ist nicht besonders. Eine Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Hotel. Ich wurde einmal gestört, weil ein Techniker eine Wartung am Whirlpool vornehmen sollte. Der stellte fest, dass es ein anderes Zimmer sein muss. Beim Check In war der Safe verriegelt. Das Frühstück war OK. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum könnte gerne den Eindruck erwecken, dass es gerne Gäste bewirtet.

Hotel vicino al centro,distante 20 minuti a piedi oppure a 10 metri fermata bus 9 che con 4 fermate porta direttamente alla cattedrale di Nevskij. Stanze ampie e pulite. Colazione abbondante. Consigliatissimo
