The stay was good overall. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The property has a nice atmosphere, and I enjoyed my time there. I didn't really have any major complaints—overall, it was a pleasant experience.

A decent hotel in a safe neighborhood. Staff is friendly. There are call centers on two floors, and a casino on the first floor. The security is very good.

Checking in was not self explanatory, it’s not just a hotel it’s also a call center for other businesses so the check in is on the 4th floor getting there took some guidance and direction from security staff. Security is good. Room was clean and presentable, entrance door uses a physical key to unlock and lock door. Shower is unique huge walk in stone shower but the hot water adjustment was touchy with very low water pressure. Elevator works good, restaurant downstairs have to exit the building first to enter restaurant with a view to a unique outdoor style kitchen on fire hart and a stove oven the wood burning smell good but no local food serve here all other. They were out of lobster during lobster season and today only cash no card accepted. The view from balcony is great view to the sea. A/c works good. Bed is comfortable.

Loud banging on the door @3a.m. It was a very scary experience. There was more than one person at the door. Thankfully, my boyfriend was there with me. I felt very unsafe staying there.

When I arrived at the property, there was a security that helped us get to the main floor, which is the fourth floor on the fourth floor. There was a staff member that greeted. I was very, very friendly very nice. She just took a picture of my passport and handed me the keys and the checkout was super easy as well very clean please and it’s super close to shops and restaurants so it’s very convenient if you don’t have a card if you also need a taxi to the airport, you can tell the front desk and they’ll set one up for you. I paid $30 for a taxi

Shower didn't have hot water, but nice stay overall.

The room was very clean and the room service was the best I’ve had. They didn’t just change the sheets and towels but cleaned the floors and wiped down the counters as well. They also offer laundry service. The staff at the front desk were very helpful as well and provided plenty of information about the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pickwick Hotel. It was very clean, floors spotless you can eat off it, noise free. Great aircondition half the time I didn’t use it because of the cool sea breeze Friendly and helpful staff. Great view of the sea. What I liked most attendants are only in your room if you ask for service. I did not go to the casino.

Cold AC. Like really cold. Very big room with a nice size bathroom. Lovely view. A few night clubs, restaurants and bars in the area. Its next to small casino if you like slits and black jack. The adjacent restaurant food is good service super slow. The receptionist was very polite personable and informative. The security guy is funny and he makes music. Overall great experience would stay again

Security is a concern. Many of the common areas were dark and felt unsafe. Reception is on the fourth floor accessed by a dark elevator. The door to the room was difficult to close properly and did not lock. Had to prop a chair to attempt to secure the door. No Towels in the room and none readily available. I was dirty towels eventually. The towel rack was broken. Light bulb missing in bathroom. Restaurant accepts cash only and I was told by hotel staff it is not safe to venture out at night to visit a nearby restaurant that accepts a card. Very loud and crowed due to the casino and nearby park. I stayed 1 night out of the week I reserved and went to another hotel. The hotel refuses to refund me at all.
