Evan was an amazing tentative host! And location is just a short hop skip and jump to the beach, located right on the famous Placencia sidewalk and close to everything within walking distance. Short walk to the hokey pokey dock.

The room was very clean and the owner was very nice and responsive when contacted. It had some issues with noise at night because it is right on the sidewalk where all the foot traffic is.
