As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The staff worked out where to get glue, sent a courier, and within an hour it was repaired. Incredible! I have literally never seen anything like it. The next day my meeting ran late, and there was the hotel driver still waiting patiently after 45 minutes. Just an incredible group, and management has reason to be proud of their selection of this team and what great efforts they go to for the hotel. I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but this team, especially those at the Front Desk and with shuttle driver need special recognition. I will definitely be back, and encourage my other business associates to also make this their hotel of choice.

I like the place is very clean and the stuff is very good people. I recommend that Hotel hundred percent.

Staff was amazing!!

Our room didn't have a window and the bathroom layout was a bit dysfunctional. That being said, staff were friendly and helpful, the property was well maintained, and we had a good experience.

Clean, comfortable hotel not far from airport. Right on the Belize River with good views and comfortable, outdoor pool and bar area. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Airport shuttle for a fee (fee equal to taxi and much nicer). Hotel waived breakfast charge because they had not automatically offered free upgrade at check in. Casino attached if interested.

Everything was wonderful, very close to the airport and mid town

I loved the fact that the pool area overlooks the river. The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Justin the shuttle bus driver was the best. He was so knowledgeable about the where to go shop and where to eat places. Such a humble young man…

It was OK, but room for improvement

The pool and hotel is nice. The shower drain was clogged and the coffee machine didn’t work. Other than those minor issues it is a nice place. The rooms are very clean and good so.

Staff was great ..pool , restaurant ,bar all were awesome..only 2 major problems 1st every phone number I tried ( including the key card holder and Expedia listed number) didn’t work. Front desk gentlemen gave me a number that was not close to not one of the numbers on the website or on Expedia or their in-house key card holder. 2nd I understand it was a super busy week for them however, the room I got everything was amazing except the fact that I felt like I was in a closet not one window and unfortunately, they said they didn’t have another room to give me, I felt like it was a cave but a really nice cave. Tahinia & Jamir (sorry if I misspelled it.) a great first impression when you walk into the hotel both are very kind very polite and very helpful.

The AC didn’t work well and the room was very humid, but the staff was very kind and attentive overall!!

We stayed one night because we had an early morning flight. The staff was wonderful and the entry and registration desk was clean and well-designed. Driving through the parking lot, however, was ungraded and dusty. The room was small and superficially nice, but the construction was shoddy. The wall plug outside the room was hanging by its wires. The peephole in the door rotated freely. The door didn't fit the doorframe. The handle on the shower door was practically falling off. The showerhead pipe coming out of the wall was not solid. All in all, this new hotel doesn't look like it's going to last many years. One last thing. There was no refrigerator in the room. I had to ask the restaurant to keep my medication cold overnight! All in all, the staff was lovely but the hotel itself was a great disappointment.
