Avoid the Tuesday Seafood Buffet The only food item that was remotely warm were small potatoes. Food was nothing special and pretty much tasteless. Even dessert was tasteless. Very disappointed. Best restaurant was a block away. Cafe Esmaralda. 5 stars.

This hotel is centrally located and that's where the overall benefit ends as there are few options in Nuuk in terms of hotel. this property is very expensive for the product being sold, but again there are few choices outside of Air B&B options. Wifi is weak, netflix did not work more than half the time, the amenities are tired looking and restaurants offer little options for vegitatarian, vegan or non-meat eaters. Overall it works but again for the price it should be at least a 4 star experience. You're paying for location.

Clean room, comfortable bed. In central Nuuk steps away from grocery stores, outfitters and boutiques. We were extremely happy though limited TV channels and our TV wouldn’t allow me to cast from my phone (both minor…we weren’t in Nuuk to watch TV!).

Dejligt hotel og flink personale

Fint hotel, og egentligt ikke så meget at påpege. Det ligger centralt i byen, med kort gåafstand til de froskellige faciliteter i byen.

We enjoyed are stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The one problem we had, a plugged shower drain, was resolved quickly. The breakfast and staff were both very good. The restaurant that served steak was the best we had experienced in our 2 month trip through Europe from Romania to Greenland. The beef was cooked perfectly and was very tasty and easy to cut. We highly recommend anyone visiting HHE to dine there at least once. But make sure you have a reservation. The first night we were there we couldn’t get a table.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, 2 good restaurants in the building but you can see some wear and tear and some upgrades is needed. Check out is already at 10am which are at least 1 hour to early also linked to breafast closes at 10 so it becomes a rush

En af de mindst imødekommende receptionister jeg har oplevet på et Hotel. Hotellet var derudover fint og bød på god morgenmad. Værelset var godt. En anelse lugt af cigaretter generelt på hotellet trækker dog oplevelsen lidt ned. Der blev desuden afholdt fest/koncert lige over mit værelse til sent om aften. Lidt ærgerligt med en larmende aften i et stille land med smuk natur.
