Big Scam. The couch in living room was super dirty . You can not even sit on it . WIFI does not work at all . I couldn’t send one email from my phone due to poor WiFi quality . I had to leave after my first night and when I asked them to refund me for the remaining days days since I have no internet , they refused to refund me and kept my money . I had to pay to get a hotel room and I lost my money . I do not recommend this place if you are planning to do business in Cairo

Stayed with my family for 5 nights from May 5th to May 10th 2024 Zeyad and team from prime select were extremely helpful ,excellent communication ,very polite team Check out was very smooth Will definitely book with them again ..highly recommended H.Mansour
