The only negative I've got to say is that the water pressure were vety low and made it virtually impossible to wash my hair. Everything else was really good. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Emplacement super, à deux pas des rues commerçantes et à côté de Hauteville House. Les chambres étaient propres et assez grandes. Le jardin était un vrai plus. La qualité du petit déjeuner par contre reste assez basique.

Room very clean and breakfast very good Position of hotel and good for town and bus terminal We booked a deluxe twin room which was much smaller than expected had no air conditioning and shower pressure very poor. Beds comfortable and location quiet though. Staff (especially breakfast ones) were very friendly and helpful. A mini fridge would have been an improvement.

This is an old style hotel which has been modernised very well. I was aware of the lack of a lift and even though I was allocated a room on the third floor it was no problem for my 76 year old body. There was an offer at reception to carry my bag up. The dining area was spacious with fresh hot breakfast food waiter served. No air conditioning in the room but it only got direct sunlight early/late, so tolerable. The room itself was fine. The 10 min climb up from the harbour on a narrow-ish one way street with pavements was no problem to me, but might be for other non-car using guests. The staff were attentive and my stay enjoyable. -------

All the staff are super attentive, proactive and very swift at meal times, plus extremely polite.

The Pandora is a wonderful treat. Beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. I particularly loved the free breakfast and the back garden to eat it in.

Lovely family hotel with lots of character and beautiful gardens and excellent bar and breakfast choices

This was an ideal place for us, we wanted to go sightseeing around the island, we had the car so drove some days, the hotel and staff were all very nice and friendly, the gardens and flowers were very well kept, if we go again this will be our first choice.

The bedrooms on the top floor did not have black out curtains as described on the site. They had vertical blinds that rattled all the time the windows were open making it hard to sleep and very light in the room. It was very hot during our stay - hence the need to keep windows open.

The hotel is ideally situated up the hill from St Peter Port. The single room I had was clean and adequately equipped even if a little dated. The restaurant, bar and garden areas were more in keeping with the hotel and were clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was part buffet and part waiter service and I found there was a good choice of cooked breakfasts. I visited on the hottest days in June and the 3rd floor room was incredibly hot as there is no air-conditioning. There were no curtains on the single big window just vertical blinds which didn't keep out much light as they didn't close properly and rattled all through the night as I needed the windows fully open. On asking at reception, I did borrow a fan but it wasn't very effective at cooling down the room. Staff at the hotel were friendly, courteous and helpful. The gardens are delightful! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if returning to Guernsey.

The hotel was dated but lovely - the only criticisms I would have is that our bedroom had no “air” at all & I think the bedrooms on the side of the hotel require a fan being provided. The shower was really poor & the water dribbled out - I couldn’t wash my hair as it just wasn’t powerful enough! The breakfast was great & the gardens were fabulous

Amazing gardens and hanging baskets riot of colour. Variety of room levels involve many steps. Situation on very steep hill makes access exhausting in current hot weather.

Excellent for Guernsey on a budget. Room was perfect for price paid. Clean and with everything needed. Also located on a staircase but wasn’t loud at any point so a massive plus there!

Positives: great location, fabulous communal areas (garden is stunning, restaurant and bar both lovely). Breakfast was included and was delicious, even catering for my gluten intolerance. Tea and coffee making facilities were regularly topped up. View from the room was incredible. Negatives: very hot in the room so had to ask for a fan. Dual aspect, but the curtains may as well not have been there. Full daylight as soon as the sun came up. Shower didn’t work properly and when we notified the staff they already knew but it hasn’t been fixed.

Lovely hotel very attentive staff serving up excellent breakfast and dinner.Plenty of comfortable rooms with good seating.Beautiful garden at the rear with plenty of shaded seating a quiet oasis.Good parking for a city centre hotel.

A lovely hotel in a good location. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly and very good at their jobs. Loved the breakfast and we had a couple of meals in the evening, which didn't last long on the plate and were good value. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful, ideal for relaxing and having a couple of afternoon drinks. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again when I next visit Guernsey

Food, bar and restaurant were excellent, as were all the public spaces. The bedroom was adequate , however the ensuite bathroom was disappointing as it was a bit small and the fixtures need updating.
