Our second stay at Coru house and it was excellent again. Spacious rooms, very clean and well equipped. Great access to metro and trams. Quick and friendly communication with the hosts. Easy access via key pad and key storage system. Last visit we had a room facing onto the courtyard and it was very quiet. This time we faced the road and it was generally quiet, the trams rumble past but its background noise. Wednesday we were awakened by the dustman. The windows are doubled up so they have tried to reduce the noise. I would still stay here again as everything else is great.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Room was very clean and all basic utensils were available. Shower was a little small with nowhere to sit shampoos and body wash. Would be nice to provide more shampoo and body wash as it's a waste to buy extra (to only end up throwing away at the end of holiday, maybe it would be good to install dispensers?) Loved that the hotel had laundry facilities and a small gym. Entrance to the building was quite secure but (and not the apartment company's fault) the roads were quite loud each night due to the trams and road works. The building had a courtyard which we didn't use, but it looked nice and a decent sized lift. Apartment was spacious and wasn't a studio which was very nice and rare. Great location too!

The room was clean, the interior good looking, so the room's been very comfortable to stay at. The hotel is ver central too. When I had questions, I got a fast reply. Thanks for the great accommodation

Das Zimmer war total modern und sehr sauber. Außerdem schön eingerichtet. Man hatte alles, was man für solch einen Trip benötigt: Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mehrfachstecker, Große Spiegel, Decken, gemütliche Kissen. Trotz sehr später Anreise (gegen 24 Uhr nachts) war der Check-In überhaupt kein Problem. Mit unserem Haus-Code kamen wir sowohl in das Gebäude, als auch dann an unseren Schlüssel für das Apartment. Auch die Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks nach Check-Out war kein Problem. Dafür gab es einen abschließbaren Gepäckraum. Die Anbindung an das Straßen- und U-Bahnnetz war hervorragend. In kurzem Fußweg erreichbar hat man die Stationen. Wir können die Unterkunft rundum sehr empfehlen!!

地點：距離地鐵Náměsti Miru站步行3-5分鐘（地鐵站出口沒有升降機），附近步行距離就有許多餐廳和超市。乘坐地鐵到舊城區和中央火車站也是10-15分鐘車程 房間：訂的是開放式一床客房，安排了1樓的房間，裝潢很美，感覺就是住進了本地人的公寓。有開放式小廚房，五臟俱全，而且打掃得很乾淨。房間空間很大，儲物空間很足，樓底很高。床鋪和浴室都很整潔，浴室配備毛巾和吹風筒。住宿內外都很安靜，沒有噪音。住在這裡兩晚覺得很舒適！ 設備：可以提前和管理團隊溝通在入住前和退房後使用行李儲存室，有簡單的健身室，也備有免費的洗衣機，每一層都有士多房可以借用晾衣服的設備和清潔工具。有升降機對帶大行李箱的人友好👍 服務：訂房後會有指示辦理網上登記，到了之後出入和拿房間鑰匙等都是輸入密碼。住了兩晚沒有房間整潔服務。入住期間用電郵與客服團隊溝通都很快回覆，所以雖然前台沒有24小時當值的職員，但是都可以很快解決問題。

Apartment was like a new build. Very nice and very clean. If you don't like traffic noise it may not be for you, but it didn't bother me. Access instructions were good.

Shower is too small. And laundry dryer takes forever. We have to run it for 4 hours to dry like two things. Other than that it’s great. Very clean and right by the subway.

The only issues were that the shower was really small and crammed (I am 164cm woman); and you have to use your own accounts to sign into Netflix and such. Also dryer machine in building is weaker. Everything else is great. Very clean.

Very nice, clean apartment with a close proximity to the metro station, groceries and bakeries. Easy to get to old town, new town etc.

Very close to transport links, small apartment but a nice one. My wife and kids loved our stay there. Wife can be a little lucky and ocd, but she was very happy with everything, which says a lot!

We had a two week stay at Coru House and really enjoyed it. It is a very short walk from the nearest metro and tram syations which we used daily to get into Prague centre or venture further out. There are lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby and a couple of small super markets. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very clean and modern. The main bedroom was large and comfortable with two sets of drawers. The sofa bed was also good quality and comfy to sleep on. There were two wardrobes to use and a couple of small tables and shelves, plenty of space for all the "stuff" that needs a place! Communication via email was very good and we easily arranged to use the luggage storage room when we arrived before check in. There is a laundry room with three washing machines that also have a dryer function. I used the airer that was available. The key guru system was easy to use and a goid option to store the key through the day. We had a pleasant stay and I would definitely use Coru house again.

Despite having an online only correspondence for check-in and communication, the owners were extremely thoughtful in walking us through the process and seemed to always be available to answer any questions that we had during our stay! The location was great, the apartment was clean

Vorschläge zu Parkmöglichkeiten wären wirklich sehr hilfreich. Wir haben erstmal 1-2h vor dem Check-In gesucht etwas zu finden wo wir parken können.
