I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; the accommodations were immaculate, and the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel's location offers convenient access to most attractions in Cali Colombia. I anticipate returning to this establishment in the future.

Too much noise

Hypes is a very good place to stay if you are in Cali. It is close to Parque de los Gatos, supermarkets and nice restaurants. Main Bathroom was very spacious and modern, a very nice space. However, the small bathroom had a bit of an odour that will come and go, this was shared with the reception. On the outside of the windows there were two nests, some sort ants insects which was off putting, it did not affect the stay but they were still unappealing to see, the reception was informed about it. We felt very comfortable in the studio, bed was comfortable, good pressure shower, smart tv, nice kitchen space and fridge freezer. Additionally, there is a nice rooftop bar and swimming pool area. Many thanks to the staff, we would recommend it to friends.

The stay overall was nice and the hotel itself is comfortable. However, I agree with some of the other reviews it feels like the hotel opened before everything was fully ready, there's construction happening currently. There’s no on-site restaurant, and there were no vending or ice machines available for guests, but there's few nice restaurants/spot to eat around it. In my case, I had just undergone a medical procedure and needed ice multiple times a day, which made things difficult. Delivery also wasn’t reliable after around 7–8pm, orders would get canceled regardless of the tip offered. That said, I want to give full credit to the housekeeping staff. The cleaning was excellent, and they consistently left my room spotless.

Is the best located place in CALi

Rooms are spacious, bed super comfortable and very clean. The creek sound at night is perfect for deep sleep.

The Hotel is under construction and you are sharing one elevator with construction equipment and staff. There is no bellman, no room service no restaurant. The staff is polite but not customer service oriented or hotel experienced. Maybe in a few years when the hotel is more settled it can become something nice in Cali. The hotel should be fully functional before opening the rooftop pool is in the middle of a full construction site.

The room itself was beautiful, and the staff was polite, which is why this experience was so disappointing overall. I booked this hotel for three nights specifically to enjoy the pool and breakfast. I arrived around 11:30 AM, but was told I could not check in until after 2:00 PM, forcing me to wait over 2½ hours just to access my room and drop off my bags. Because I was on a very tight schedule with only three days in Colombia, this was already frustrating. I wasn’t able to fully settle in until around 3:30 PM. When I went to the front desk to ask about the pool, I was shocked to learn that it closes at 5:00 PM, which is extremely early. By the time I checked in, there was barely any time to enjoy it. The next day (Monday), the pool was completely closed for maintenance, something that was never disclosed prior to booking my non-refundable stay. Had I known this in advance, I absolutely would have chosen a different hotel. On top of that, the hotel does not offer breakfast, despite it being advertised. I was told the restaurant is under construction, meaning I had to spend additional money every morning eating elsewhere—again, something that was not mentioned when booking. The final straw was on Tuesday morning, when the elevator was not working. I was staying on the 7th floor, and due to a medical condition, I am unable to use the stairs. I was effectively trapped in my room for over two hours, wasting even more of my already limited time. Hotel denied reimbursement.

I've stayed at Hype 3 times and its always so easy and nice. The checkin is easy. The location is perfect for walking to cafes, bars, restaurants. I would recommend to anyone visiting Cali.

Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La piscine est très agréable, dommage qu’on ne puisse pas se baigner après 17h. Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel. De plus on peut recevoir des amis sans problème. Merci pour votre accueil.

Very easy checkin, great location to walk to restaurants and cafes. This is my second time staying here and I'll definitely stay again.

Amazing Hotel !!! We were visiting from Las Vegas, NV (EE.UU) and my Husband and I had a great time. Very comfortable, clean, amazing service, very friendly and communicative. The hotel is located in a perfect area, many restaurants and bars around. The only “Issue” we had was a current construction in the property (a new restaurant in property) and they started hammering very early in the mornings, so it was a bit annoying, but understandable. We stayed for 6 nights and besides that issue, there was anything bad we could said. We will definitely stay again and definitely we will recommend to our friends and family. Looking forward to see you guys again. Thanks for everything.

Great room, a bit off the beaten path but still close to many restaurants. Excellent security, felt safe there.

I loved it .the only thing I would suggest is having breakfast like pastries to go with the coffee since there is not restaurant for breakfast at the moment

Muy buen edificio y apartamentos, buenos acabados y buen gusto en la decoracion, la suite espaciosa. Pero a pesar de estar en una supuesta buena zona de Cali ( El peñon ) no volveria a hospedarme ahi por la inseguridad, esta a solo 2 cuadras de la zona rosa de restaurantes y una noche nos asaltaron y nos robaron todo. Recomiendo no salir a caminar a ninguna hora siempre en Uber.
