I am so sorry guys. As individuals, Macedonians have the biggest heart in the world. But I accept my own fault. Im a UN business traveller and I thought "one room hotel" was like a Spanish pensione. So if I misread, just know the description is not self-critical. I decided to buy another property. Usual Turkish and standards. You need to invest in a professional Marriott-style course... at least on cleaning. Quality is free. Make a list and follow it. You are on your way to slum lord... which there is a market for. But if you just observe a Motel 8, copy their procedures, and punish.,.even relatives...you will professionalize. Charge higher prices for higher value and learn your industry at an EU level. This may be inspirational. I am grateful for their flexibility. But when Ukrainian ladies can "just be shoved into another (private bedroom)" - its a sign things are off the rails. Imshare not to hurt you. And to prove it, I am ready to advice as much as you like for free. I am a Harvard a marketing and former Wall Street. So I get "bottom of price/quality" position. But notice how many transient guests you have. I believe the gorgeous 19 year son can do better. Have a sincere look around. If you want advice, I am ready. I believe once the marijuana small disappears, you can be better. You are cool and flexible and cheap. Very cool guys.
