There aren’t actual windows at this property so it is extremely noisy. It’s just screens with wood shutters. Next door has roosters so every morning every early they get to be very loud, dogs bark all night so you hear that constantly and any vehicle that drives by wakes you up. The property itself is nice but the noise was unbearable. Also if you enjoy air conditioning this isn’t a place for you since you don’t have insulation in your window areas so it’s the same temperature inside as it in outside. Bad pillows as well. The place is really clean though the maids did an amazing job

My stay at Casa Borka was great and Isabella was very helpful in booking transport and answering my questions. My flight got in early and I was allowed to come in to drop my bags. All around a very comfortable room and stay. One thing to note is this is not a hotel. Staff is not always available at the property aside from check-in and check-out. However they are available and very communicative on WhatsApp to make arrangements and answer questions.

We don’t ask for much when staying at a property. After a brief search, we found the property on a rough, dirt road. There is no parking available other than on the back alley. The unit was facing the back alley and all night long we were serenaded by the feral dogs and their close friend the rooster(s). Sleep was next to impossible. The A/C units are in the bedrooms only and we’re not able to beat the heat. Although the unit has a full set of appliances, there were no supplies for the stay. I would not recommend the property - very poor value for the money.

Sweet flats in a boutique property at the funky end of the beach. Whoever complained about the road was obviously not aware that half the roads in Puerto aren't paved.

What a wonderful peaceful place to stay. Every was clean and comfortable. We loved the robes! The location was close to mini stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was always so nice as well

Nice place and very well maintained, be careful if you travel with kids below 12 as the hotel does not allow them but has not blocked the app for booking. The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, however the street is not paved and very dark at night. Apartments are very comfortable

Bien las habitaciones y bien ubicada pero mal sistema de apertura, no funcionó y nos quedamos fuera una hora. En la madrugada Tuvimos que tocar fuerte y un huésped nos abrió porque no hay nadie de noche trabajando. La alberca helada Lo demás bien

Beautiful place to stay away from the busy area of Puerto. Very comfortable and clean. Would stay again for sure.

Lovely place very clean and quiet

Stunning property! Really enjoyed our stay here - it felt new, clean and luxurious. Only negative is it is up a hill which is not a proper road (a bumpy track), so you will have to carry your suitcases (a taxi got stuck!). Would definitely recommend it though!

Arriving at night, we felt a little isolated but soon found out that Casa Borka is thankfully out of the noisier areas of PE. It was easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, a terrific little convenience store, shopping, etc., and then return to our room at the end of a busy day. Bring good walking shoes or sandals the roads can be dusty. Special thanks to Isabella who took care of us like family!

El precio vs el servicio no es equiparable, no es tan bueno como otros hoteles en puerto escondido, fue dificil solicitar o preguntar algo que se necesitaba el jueves porque estaban de vacaciones, Las toallas mencionaron que solo se cambiaba cada tercer dia, lo raro es que llegamos el miercoles y el viernes que era tercer dia no cambiaron las de la alberca. El viernes se fue la luz en la tarde y no avisaron, al llegar en la noche nos dimos cuenta, no regreso la luz en toda la noche sino hasta el siguiente dia a media manana, tuvimos que cargar celulares al llegar a la playa, solo era en nuestra habitacion y otras dos, y no estaban preparados para resolver, no tenian ventiladores ni nada para pasar la noche sin aire acondicionado, hacia mucho calor y con ventanas abiertas muchos moscos, se nos echo a perder la comida que teniamos para cenar. El sabado pedi late check out, y aun me dijeron que 1000 pesos mas por este, en lugar de ofrecerlo primero como cortesia por no haber tenido luz, lo cual hicieron al final.

El lugar es súper bonito, la atención es excelente, bien ubicado, regresaré

Casa Borka was a very beauitful property with nice rooms the pool and the best part, a 5 min walk to the beach.

Una estancia muy agusto, buena atención y me encantaron las zonas comunes para ver el atardecer.
