Me encantó el hotel , muy buena calidad precio , las instalaciones impecables , la decoración del hotel-boutique fue lo mejor y uno de los factores que me hicieron elegirlo , y lo mejor es que se encuentra a la distancia perfecta de la calle principal de La Punta Zicatela , para que puedas llegar caminando en muy poco tiempo a los restaurantes ‘, bares y cafés de la zona ,

Buena ubicación y buenos cuartos… los servicios y atención no fueron buenos

Los pressure at the shower but the rest was great. I had a free bottle of wine on my reservation but they never gave it to me.

Amazing architecture and rooms. Service is not really what you would expect as the staff are not overly well trainer, but they are happy and smiling.

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio, súper céntrico, pequeño, es lo que se espera de un hotel boutique. El servicio es “bueno”, pero hay algunas cosas que se pueden mejorar, no hay TV ni teléfono en las habitaciones, la regadera no tenía tan buena presión y solamente una vez aquí agua caliente. El bar/cocina nunca estuvo abierto.

Se debe mejorar la conexión del internet en toda la zona.

Nuestra habitación con alberca privada está fenomenal. Muy cómoda, de buen gusto y relajante. La alberca principal también está muy linda. 100% regresaría si buscó quedarme en la Punta.

If you’re debating staying here just book it! We spent one week here and it was incredible. We stayed in the junior king suite. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the Main Street in la Punta but away from all the hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Eric made us coffee and breakfast every morning-delicious. Didn’t even have to leave the property. I messaged the front desk in the lobby and they responded in seconds. I wouldn’t stay any where else. They helped arrange all of our travel too. I miss it already. 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Umi. The property is beautiful, chic, and thoughtfully designed, with rooms that are spotless, spacious, and smell amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, close to all the action while still feeling calm and relaxing. A wonderful place to stay in Puerto Escondido. We would happily return and highly recommend it.
