The room was clean, but the pool area was unkempt the pictures advertised were misleading, the hotel is pretty far from downtown and they don't have enough stores and restaurants around the hotel so coming back and forth from downtown to the hotel can be expensive, the taxis are pretty beat up and some of them don't have air conditioner still you have to pay a higher fare to get to places,the food is not great,on the complementary breakfast they serve the very minimum ,we ask the concierge to help us with a rental car and instead of the car we end up going to another

Great place for a quick gettaway. Pool area seemed a little run down but rooms were great. Breakfast was included and had great choices. Prompt with requests.

En general la comida muy rica, solo las chicas de la mañana no están de manera servicial y de buen semblante . En la noche es diferente, hay actitud de servicio y positivos. Solo ese aspecto en las chicas de la mañana , mas actitud de servicio y buena cara.l Las chicas de recepción tienen un 10 y la concierge también .

The staff is wonderful! The location is unique. It is its own place- Nopoló. Most unusual in that you don’t feel like you are in Mexico. The location is great to freeway & access to mountains. It is also great to walk the town, beach, and area. Easy vs access to Loreto City Centre too!

Breakfast was okay. I have had better. Most employees are great except for one server in their restaurant who wouldn't care less and seemed very unhappy. However, one guy went out of his way to make our stay every eventful. Our room was huge and nicely appointed. You can literally have a party on the terrace. Plates, silverware, wine glasses, etc were provided for in the wet bar.

Room was very clean and reasonably appointed. Staff were generally very helpful. Service in the restaurant is a bit inconsistent. Had some issues getting the room we reserved at check in but that was a temporary issue.

Room was so clean. That are is quiet, relaxing safe. And staff was amazing.

Spotless… somewhat stark room Coffee maker was hit and miss One cup was perfect while the next was sludge. Hallway is noisy as it’s not carpeted… everything echoes and you can hear it inside your room The sopa de tortilla was sublime in Cocotilla Could t get the AC to work

The rooms were brand new and in great condition but the amenities were very poor. No hair condition, no shower caps, no body lotion. Amenities that should be offered for the price. The view of our room was a wall. We asked for a room with a view and they said they were full while the hotel was empty!

Sauber, kalt wirkend, unpersönlich. Muss man mögen. Direkt am Golfplatz und Strand in einem abgeschlossenen Resort in Hand von USA und Canada Residenten. Nach meiner Erfahrung gibt es nettere Unterkünfte in Loreto. Es sei denn, man ist zum Golfen da . 😉
