Everything about this hotel was great!!!

Bad location, hot water took forever and wasn’t very hot. Hard pillows. Very loud all through the day and night.

O lugar atendeu as minhas necessidades. Equipe é muito gentil e prestativa, em especial Janete, funcionária com quem mais tive contato ao longo do período em que estive hospedado no hotel.

Beware. This hotel has no heat. And the windows are not insulated. In winter when nights are below freezing, this is extremely unpleasant. The view was amazing, but comfort is more important. Also, we paid more for a room with one double and one twin bed, but the room we received only had two twin beds. We were too tired to argue, but we didn't get what we paid for. I would never recommend or stay here again.

Café da manhã bem simples, sem muita variedades!

Funcionários bem atenciosos, serviram chá de coca logo na nossa chegada. Café da manhã bem simples, com poucas opções… teve um dia que tivemos que esperar o rapaz ir comprar o pão.

El lugar está en un área muy concurrida por locales y no tan bonita, lo cual no puedes ver en la descripción. Si puedes movilizarte caminando, pero el área no es muy bonita. La propiedad está descuidada, por ejemplo había moho en el techo del baño. No te dan accesorios básicos como una toalla de baño. El desayuno básico pero bien. Hay calentadores disponibles lo cual es un punto a favor porque hace mucho frío en la noche. Cuando salimos a los tour en la madrugada no había nadie en la recepción.

Boa acomodacao, simples porem tudo que um viajante precisa.

It was a good hotel and a friendly staff in a good location. The only criticism that I have is that one day after the daily cleaning, the door to the room was left wide open until I returned 8 or 9 hours later. I will stay again if I am in cusco again.

Muy atento el personal muy limpio y cómodo el hotel limpieza diaria solo el primer cuarto el baño muy incómodo por el espacio y el agua caliente tarda como 10 minutos para salir es mucha agua desperdiciada

Good hotel, good location. Staff lovely and helpful, welcome coca tea was nice. Beds warm and cleaned everyday. Hot water unreliable, slightly noisy hotel - can hear everything happening in courtyard. Breakfast wasn't too impressive.

The room/price was ideal for an extended stay in Cusco. It is located near San Pedro Market, which I returned to often. And the walk to exchange money on Avenida El Sol and enjoy Plaza de Armas is only a few blocks away. Just past the Plaza de Armas is the lovely neighborhood of San Blas. The staff here was very helpful and kind, especially considering I do not speak Spanish. If it gets cold they have a heater for your room for a small nightly fee. Breakfast was simple and nurioushing. Bread, cheese, avocado, eggs and fruit, coffee and tea. You can definitely spend a lot of money on hotels and food in Cusco if you'd like, but this hotel was perfect for me. A solo, female traveler on a budget.

Pros : Great staff ! Clean room with tv , good breakfast , great location ! Cons : hot water intermittent , no heating !

El desayuno es bastante austero pero cumple, para el día que lo quieras hacer de 7-9 am Es un hotel perfecto que por el precio cumple para lo que es.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and the the staff, and especially Janeth, were so helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here for 5 days. It’s a good budget hotel, room was clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was included. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Convenient location walking distance from San Pedro market and shopping area. The city centre is just about a 10 min walk which is pretty chill. All in all great place for a budget stay.
