Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice clean comfortable room...good hot shower, good water pressure...good breakfast, made to order scrambled eggs, fresh squeezed orange juice...nice helpful staff

Loved this place, felt so safe and welcome, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the owner is such a sweet kind man and cared for me when i had issues with cancellations from other tours and had to stay longer, the only issue is the shower is very weak. I also just got Uber everyday it’s so cheap

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Florida del Inca in Cusco! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from arranging transportation to offering great local tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with plenty of hot water and good Wi-Fi (a big plus in Cusco!). The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning — I especially loved the fruit, coffee, and eggs cooked to order. The location is also perfect — close enough to the historic center to walk or take a short taxi ride, but far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation away from the crowds. Overall, Hotel Florida del Inca felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco — whether for a few days or a longer trip. Hospedagem muito confortável, muito limpo, cama grande e com cobertores/ edredons. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, fomos muito bem recebidos e orientados sobre os passeios, restaurantes e mercado. O café da manhã muito bom e preparado com carinho. Recomendo.

We arrived mid-morning and had to wait outside for about 10 minutes until someone answered the door. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Hotel condition was good, everything clean and well-maintained. Biggest issue was no hot water; when turned on and let run for a long time, we got tepid water that afternoon. Early the next morning before leaving for airport, no showers because the “hot” water never got hot, stayed cold no matter how long we ran it. Area around the hotel, just okay. Very few restaurants. The hotel is adequate for an overnight, close to the airport…if you don’t want to take a hot shower.

The proprietor was fantastically supportive and helpful, even going so far as to take us to the airport in the very early hours of the morning. We could not have asked for a better host. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and inviting.

Solamente quiero decir que este hotel es de los mejores, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. El hotel muy limpio, el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico de verdad que te hacen sentir como en casa.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms were so clean. The staff also gave us recommendations for our stay.

The host was extremely helpful from airport pickup to drop-off, and everything in between. She arranged activities for me during my stay, made coca tea for me on occasion to help combat my elevation sickness, and even arranged for an early breakfast before an early morning excursion. They stored my luggage for 24 hours when I traveled to Machu Picchu. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in of all the hotels during my 3 weeks traveling through Peru. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cusco!
