Checking-in was difficult. The self check-in machine did not find our reservation at first. Then it found a reservation only for one room not the two we had booked. Then it found the second reservation but said that the room was not ready, to wait for an email message for when the room would be ready, even though it was past 7 pm. I had to use the phone next to the machine to talk to someone and he had to come over from a different location to try to find a room for us. Overall, not a pleasnt experience.
