We were there for Alberta Winter Games. The room was spacious and adequate for our needs.

Convenient location. Working person type of motel. Rooms were quiet, older, but clean. Window side of room was very cold.

Clean spacious room, i loved the non carpet flooring made the room feel much cleaner. Staff was professional and friendly

BED BUGS!!! DO NOT STAY HERE Warning this hotel is infested with bed bugs. Woke up covered in bugs have bites all over my face, neck, hands, chest and waist. There is no staff in site from 11pm-7am so I was stuck “sleeping” in a chair until staff showed up in the morning. They didn’t seem surprised in any way. They offered a full refund but that left me stranded without a hotel and still one night to go on my trip. They offered a room at their other likely bug infested motel the Imperial!! No thanks so I essentially got kicked to the curb with not even a blink of an eye. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Had issues ever since checked into room never cleaned, nothing gets fixed they mix up money and stays just not a good place maybe for one night just to get through but if your coming in to work don’t stay. Not only that they have so many rules the own staff can’t even follow them

Bathroom fan didn’t work, jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work

Only a couple of minor issues...sort of. Went to use the bathroom only to realize there was no TP so had to use Kleenex. Plumbing was very loud when guests used water at 3am.

Easy parking. Very reasonable rates. And Boston Pizza right next door !!

Clean room

The room was clean and spacious. The mattresses cud use an upgrade though. It suited our needs. Very quiet. Recommend this hotel for short stays or just overnight.

Homeless persons sleeping outside on sidewalk.Drug addict kept knocking on my door out of her mind during day while i was sleeping for night shift.... staff were fine. I guess thats why the rooms were a decent price.at least.
