I enjoyed my stay. We only had one hiccup: the ac was not working on one of the hotter weeks in Cape Town. My second room was great. I recommend this place for your travels to CT. I loved being able to cook my own meals. Excellent kitchen appliances. Housekeeping was good. There was just some small overlooks to the details: loose fan and lighting fixture. Other than that, a wonderful stay.

Great value for money. Good location, lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable apartment, had everything we needed. Lovely staff - especially Abo at the front desk! 😊

Excelente localização, perto supermercado, perto calçadão da praia, a garagem é paga caso queira.

Adoramos, mto confortável, limpo, perto da orla, perto supermercado, restaurantes. Estacionamento pago por dia a 150 rands, gostamos muito e voltaremos para lá na volta das vinícolas. Equipado com máquina de lavar, o que facilitou a viagem. Geladeira grande, forno, fogão, microondas, utensílios, taças.

A experiência teve pontos positivos, mas também questões importantes que precisam ser consideradas. O quarto é bonito, bem decorado e funcional, com a comodidade de oferecer sabão em pó para uso nas facilidades do próprio espaço, o que foi bastante útil. A equipe também merece destaque — especialmente Abo e Trevor, que foram extremamente solícitos. Abo, em particular, nos ajudou com tudo: desde reservas até dicas e facilidades na cidade, fazendo muita diferença na estadia. Outro ponto conveniente é a parceria do hotel com os restaurantes em frente, oferecendo 10% de desconto. No entanto, alguns aspectos comprometem a experiência. A limpeza do quarto poderia ser mais cuidadosa — notamos o chão empoeirado. O ponto mais crítico, porém, foi a área do estacionamento: as lixeiras dos apartamentos estavam alinhadas e completamente infestadas de ratos — uma quantidade realmente alarmante. Para agravar, vimos lençóis e toalhas armazenados em sacos parcialmente abertos, próximos a essas lixeiras, o que causa bastante desconforto e preocupação com a higiene. Com alguns ajustes importantes, especialmente na limpeza e no manejo das áreas comuns, a experiência poderia ser significativamente melhor.

I enjoyed my stay very much so. There was a hiccup regarding my air conditioning unit. So early into my stay I had a couple of sleeping challenges. When I shared with the desk my discomfort. They gave me a quiet and strong fan to use. I slept well after. My room and the rooftop were always clean. The team was very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to my next stay.

In 3 days , no one came to clean. Place us very tight, getting into bathroom is almost impossible.

Lovely location and nice appartment standard. When we checked in, the booking team had messed up and not registered our booking at all. They scrambled to find us a room, but we had to switch halfway through our stay due to their mistake, which was frustrating. First solution was actually two switches, however after chasing them twice they managed to only do one switch. Disappointing that we had to chase them, instead of they proactively solving it for us or in any other way providing some benefits on the back of their mistake. We think this says alot about the management and hence cannot recommend to stay here as it is a risk they will not know you are coming :) NB: check-out is ridicolously early at 10am. The staff was able to accomodate a late check-out after asking twice which was very helpful.

O staff era maravilhoso e super prestativo. O apartamento muito bom, limpo, com bastante armários e nichos para colocar as coisas. Ideal para umas duas pessoas. Única observação é que havia muitos mosquitos (creio que devido à época do ano, verão, eles apareçam mais), mas a equipe logo arranjou repelente elétrico e aerosol. Também observei pequenas baratinhas (uma no banheiro e outra na cozinha, talvez seja necessário reforçar a Dedetizaçao do local).

Das Zimmer und das Bad sind relativ klein, insbesondere das Bett war viel zu klein und wingekeilt an drei Seiten, man muss also übereinander rübersteigen und die Wand hat eine Kante, an der man sich stößt. Die küche war preiswert eingerichtet aber ok. Die Lage in Sea Point ist super, aber die Straße sehr laut!

Staff foi muito simpático, apesar de nos terem dito que seria possível um early check in (o nosso voo chegou às 7h da manhã) que depois não se confirmou. Bem localizado. Limpeza razoável.

I had a great time at this hotel. I particularly loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the comfort of the room!

First of all the stuff was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very modern and nice. The only real downside was the fact, that the towels were dirty. In our first room the towels and part of the sheets were not properly cleaned. In our second room ( we had to switch rooms because of a booking problem) the towel in the kitchen had not been changed. I believe it is a problem with the towel provider or the washing company. But I feel I have to adress it. Apart from this, the place is nice.
