This hotel is exceptional in every sense. From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right decision to stay here. The landscape is unbelievable - at the top of a hill overlooking the ocean and the valley. The food is incredible and very fresh (fine dining) and the facilities are very well maintained. The breakfast was a highlight and we looked forward to it each day. It is a luxury experience - perfect for our honeymoon. There are only 11 suites on a huge property - it feels like you have the whole villa to yourself. The staff even took us to a quiet beach below the hotel property via hotel buggy. We stayed for 5 nights and I didn’t want to leave. The staff at this hotel are the BEST. The hospitality is some of the most memorable we have experienced. We hired a car (the best way to see the island) and unfortunately we had a flat tyre on our last night - the hotel staff - Camilla, called the company and arranged everything for us to ensure we got home safe and hassle free. We owe Camilla a very big thank you for her time and her effort - I’m not sure any other hotel staff would spend the time she did to ensure our experience was not tainted by this unfortunate event. A special thank you to hotel staff - Camilla, Jose, Juan, David, Ivan and Josep. Thank you to the cleaning staff who did an exceptional job in our room each day. You all made our stay unforgettable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury escape.

They just opened! We recognize that. The staff has some kinks to work out, they failed at our breakfast orders multiple times, and I still feel like they are finding their rhythm but overall it’s a beautiful lovely place. It’s quite remote which we didn’t realize but absolutely gorgeous when you get out there. Recommend their house drink and the gym. Dare I say prettiest gym view on the planet?

Stayed at the property in August 2025: our suite was underwhelming and not particularly comfortable - the lounge area was just an annex which was dark with no views and just had a sofa, desk and a strange second wardrobe. Given its an old building, the air con (mainly ceiling fans) was insufficient and we struggled in the heat day and night and the room felt dusty. Location is difficult - a long bumpy road which was inconvenient for touring the island and left our hire car very dirty. Staff were generally friendly and helpful during the stay, however we had a bad experience with a boat trip which the hotel had arranged and refused to help resolve us being overcharged. Overall not really worth the money, didn't feel luxurious - better options elsewhere.
