Very nice staff, very attentive and was very helpful

It was a very nice property in a nice neighborhood. The pizza place down the street has been by far the best pizza I have tried.

Hotel buena ubicacion en Guanajuato. Personal amable. Habitación pequeña y sin ventana al exterior. Una ventana a la escalera interior. Creo que hay mejores opciones en Guanajuato.

This boutique hotel was great! The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. The only issue was the TV in the room did not work or the WiFi. The WiFi was on and off. Our room was on the second floor. There is no elevator so be ready to go up and down stairs.

No te avisan que lo que hay en el refrigerador y que consumas será pagado, es de mal gusto salir y que te digan que debes pagar por algo que en su momento no te dijeron.

Recomiendo 100% muy bonito, muy cómodo, habitaciones modernas muy agusto y cercas hay varios restaurantes para desayunar

Todo muy bien

This hotel was dirty and very old inside. The beds were hard and we found bugs in the restroom. The pictures were very deceiving. I was disappointed

De difícil acceso para personas en silla de ruedas o carriolas.

Es un hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones están decoradas con muy buen gusto, cama muy cómoda, baño amplio con amenities de L’occitane, el personal muy amable, aunque el hotel no es nuevo parecería q acaban de abrir porq todo está impecable, solo la TV resulta difícil de usar, fuera de eso todo excelente, muy recomendable!

Great stay in a nice neighborhood in Guanajuato

Beautiful hotel. Room was great but no hot water and pressure was not existent. Upon check out, we were accused of eating chocolate from the room which we did not. Asked to comp us breakfast or something for the lack of hot water and we were sadly told they could offer us nothing.

Our stay there was an absolute nightmare. The manager was beyond rude and aggressive. We were charged 500 dlls for “damages” (our baby threw up on the sheets) and when we asked to reconsider the charge, the manager called the police and threaten us to take us to jail unless we paid. We paid under duress and left the hotel with one night still pending on our stay. I contacted Expedia directly but the agent didn’t offer any solution and recommended to contact the local authorities. The place is absolutely beautiful but the manager and staff are on a power trip and we didn’t feel safe staying there. I reported this to Expedia, and the local tourism authorities but haven’t gotten any answers back. This was the second time staying there and the first time the same manager was not very nice in her demeanor and customer service, but since the place is beautiful, we decided to give it a chance. I would stay away from that place until they fix how they treat their guests. Again they called the police on us because we told them the cleaning fee was absolutely excessive and were almost thrown in jail. The worst nightmare I’ve ever encounter and I am a seasoned traveler.
