Beautiful hotel and very clean rooms. Great parking and very friendly staff.

We are regular visitors at this hotel. It has beautiful common areas, nice rooms and suites, great gym, pool. Secure parking is always available. Air conditioning and fans worked great. Staff very nice. Overol highly recommended.

La habitacion estaba bien, pero tiene unos detalles...en el baño tenia filtraciones de la regadera hacia la taza y el resto de la habitacion, no teniamos agua caliente, la alberca no esta climatizada. Lo demas no esta mal. El hotel esta bonito y rl personal amable.

The room was comfortable and spotless. The hotel building is gorgeous and there is lots of space to sit outside. The staff were welcoming and cheery. Breakfast was great.

Excelente atención, bonito lugar y comodo

Bathrooms were small. If you were a large person they may have issues. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Saying that i would still stay there there.

This is a lovely hotel in the center of the city. It is a very well done renovation of a historic property. Everything was spotless and the service and breakfast were excellent. It is a great base to explore the extraordinary UNESCO BioReserve, an incredible area of botanical and cultural significance. The most cacti you can see in one place. I also recommend BioFan for the tour of the BioReserve

Le personnel est très réactif et agréable, les lits confortables, la chambre propre et la douche très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et savoureux.
