A mixed bag. Great location - five minutes walk to anywhere in Harrogate! Lovely room - I had the small studio and it was a great size, had an actual wardrobe and hangers (rare these days!) hairdryer, iron and little kitchenette. Everything you need for a night or two. However... Noisy location - the 24 hour McDonalds opposite my window was a magnet for post World Cup drunks after pubs closed and random screaming from outside through the night. The blackout blind was about 1cm too narrow, meaning a ray of sun was in my face at 4am. The bathroom hand towel was dirty. Looks cleaned on the rail, but when I took it off it looked like someone wearing makeup had used it for a face cloth. Couldn't turn the shower off. Was starting to panic, as the site isn't staffed. The above dirty hand towel did the trick in the end getting traction on the shower knob to switch it off. Keyless entry. Was emailed to check in and told to download an app. No explanation of how it works and frankly was a faff when I turned up a bit before 3pm and couldn't get in.

Clean comfortable room, good shower and really comfy bed, great WIFI and large TV, easy booking and good communication. would highly recommend.

Well priced, great location and easy access.

Very nice apartment - clean and tidy. When I arrived I did however find the room open and pillows lying on the floor (bed made). Only thing to note is that if you are facing the front - it can be noisy as McDonalds (open 24hrs) is opposite which woke me up a couple of times as I was staying on Friday night. Other than that a nice room at good value.

Super convenient and easy if you just need somewhere to lay your head in the area. No frills but lovely apartment, freshly refurbished and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and super convenient location. Perfect for my business trip.

Great stay. Some confusion over access code but didn’t take long to sort out myself.

Check in process far too complicated with conflicting information. In the end had to call to get them to explain how to check in.

The room was lovely, nicely decorated and a comfy bed. We did turn up a few minutes early and was unable to enter the property because the codes didn’t become active till 3, made a call and someone did give us alternative codes to get in which was good. The rooms come with WiFi but no instructions on how to connect, again made a call and the person gave me a code for a network not even listed so we ended up without. No instructions on how to work the heating either, so as lovely as the room was it did get cold. On the whole a great location and a beautiful room.

Overall, the room was clean, including the kitchen and bathroom 👌 The check-in process was very easy—just a few clicks. I was a bit surprised that we wouldn’t meet anyone during our stay, but it all worked out fine. The location is central and easy to find. Both the kitchen and the room were well equipped (iron, ironing board, and hairdryer included), and the bathroom was spacious with basic toiletries 👌 However… there were a few downsides. It was very noisy - you could hear people in other rooms, in the corridors, and outside partying. There was also quite a bit of light noise - the radiator flashes all night if it’s on (maybe it can be turned off, but I couldn’t figure out how), blinds are meh, and there is huge gap under the door, so you can see light coming out of corridor. The biggest issue for me was the damp smell in the bathroom. Although it looked clean and newly refurbished, there’s no proper ventilation, so it turns into a steam room. Moisture seems to linger, and the smell is quite unpleasant - it honestly makes you wonder what’s behind the fresh paint. In addition, when we were packing, the fire alarm went off in the corridor. No process, no human on site. Thankfully nothing bad happened, but didn't feel safe. On the main fire board there is just handwritten instruction to fire crew. Fire crew which never came. Fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay longer.

Clean, stylish and very quiet hotel, in an excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location,decor and facilities great. Only downside was lack of natural light in room(3 tiny windows at floor level) and light sensor on staircase in room is ultra sensitive and was constantly on/off during night

Fabulous value for Harrogate, right in the middle of town. We were in one of the cheapest rooms, 103, bit of a rabbit warren to find it but surprisingly quiet for opposite the town centre McDonald's on a Saturday night. Freshly decorated. Comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchenette, smart TV. Very small negatives - very little natural light in our room and no view, we couldn't work out how to turn the bright light off the radiator without turning the radiator off in the middle of the night. Overall you get a lot for your money.

Great location and excellent standard of room. Not very noise-proof from the bar across the road - it was loud until late and the early morning deliveries disturbed our sleep. The bathroom door didn't shut. Overall pleasant stay.

Issue with noise in first room so quickly moved me to alternate room

Don't stay here if you want to sleep! We were in a room on the 2nd floor with a window facing onto the street. It was a Saturday night, so possibly not always this bad, but the noise in the street was relentless and the windows didn't keep the noise out at all. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the bathroom door opened into the end of the bed, so it felt cramped. Also, the batteries in the TV remote were dead.
