El hotel es muy lindo, el personal muy amable y muy atento. El desayuno incluido es rico; hay agua para rellenar tu bote en cualquier momento. La habitación 3 tiene una pequeña terraza con vista al volcán de fuego, que por la noches se puede ver emanando pequeñas erupciones. El baño con tina es muy amplio y muy iluminado. Las habitaciones cuentan con paraguas.

Tranquilidad absoluta

El hotel es bonito, acogedor, limpio y la atencion del personal fue muy buena durante las mas de 2 semanas q me hospede en el hotel. Algo que yo sugeriria es mejorar la ventilacion del cuarto # 2, porque hubo mucho calor en la habitacion. El ruido del trafico afuera del hotel, se escucho desde mi habitacion, fue algo que afecto mucho mi sueno durante toda mi estadia.

Hotel pequeño pero acogedor, el staff es muy amable y está muy limpio. Buena ubicación.

Deberian mejorar el internet y mejorar los ventiladores, suenan mucho, porque no hay aire acondicionado

This is a lovely hotel in a good location. Staff was wonderful. Great breakfast. Highly recommend you not stay in the king room with the fireplace. It’s next to the street and very noisy.

They picked me up at the airport even though it was a midnight flight. I appreciated that. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms were cute. It’s a small place but I felt very comfortable.

This small, cozy, family run hotel was a delight. It's beautiful and comfortable and the provided breakfasts were delicious. Additionally, the location is fantastic for exploring Antigua. I would gladly stay here again.

Not very clean, there were still some cigarettes buds left in the trash can when we arrived and it felt like one of the towels was not changed.

I really enjoyed the Parador, as it had a lot colonial charm in its facilities, all while having the benefits of modernity. It was clean and quiet, with a discreet and dependable staff.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff was very polite, the room was very clean with nice bedding, and they make you fresh breakfast every morning. Our specific room was neighboring the outside street so it was a bit noisy at certain times because there is a school a few doors down, but the fan we used doubled as a white noise machine if youre a light sleeper. The boutique hotel is great walking to distance to everything in antigua. Highly recommend !

Todo muy bien, hicimos check out nos guardaron las maletas, volvimos en la tarde a recogerlas, pedimos un baño y NO nos lo prestaron. Por este detalle no lo recomiendo ni volvería.
