From the moment we arrived, I genuinely believed we were at the wrong location. The photos online are incredibly misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the resort. We were greeted by a dog lying idly at the entrance—not exactly the warm welcome one expects. The restaurant had a strong, unpleasant odor and offered extremely limited food options. The bar was just as underwhelming, with only three stools available—not nearly enough for guests at a so-called full-service resort. Upon entering the room, we were immediately hit with a foul odor that made it difficult to settle in. To make matters worse, there was loud construction taking place directly across from our room. As we walked to our space, construction workers whistled at us, making us feel deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. This behavior is unacceptable and completely inappropriate in any professional hospitality setting. The second pool was an absolute eyesore—dirty, filled with algae, and clearly unmaintained. It was unusable and further solidified our decision to leave the property altogether. We quickly found an Airbnb, which saved what would have otherwise been a disastrous trip.

Great attention

Aunque la arquitectura es linda y se ve que en otra época fue un hotel relevante con acabados de lujo, se encuentra muy deteriorada. Le falta mantenimiento en la piscina principal (pasto sintético deteriorado, faltan azulejos, escalinatas rotas), el techo del club de playa cayéndose, la salida a la playa está sucia y llena de comercio informal, huele mal. La calidad de los alimentos es baja, falta variedad en sus menús. Alrededor hay muchas construcciones de departamentos, mucho polvo. Cuando hacen fiesta en la terraza del hotel se escucha en todas las habitaciones, hasta pasada la medianoche fue muy molesto.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The rooms could use some upgrades, especially the shower and toilet area. Other than that the food was really good. Access to the beach was great.

The staff was very attentive, helpful and super friendly! The food was delicious and there was always variety from different meats, rice, fruits and desserts. The drinks were always refreshing. I really enjoyed how welcoming and approachable the staff was. I was also impressed by how involved management was and very personable. I enjoyed my stay here because thanks to Chester/Franklin there was always entertainment whether it was in the inside bar or by the pool. I went as a trip with 2 other friends but this resort was also kid friendly with activities by the pool. I highly recommend this resort, the views were fantastic!

Nada que ver con las fotos. Desde que llegué, fue una decepción tras otra. Me recibieron con el minibar vacío (lo reporte en la recepción y no vivieron nada) el aire no funciona dormimos y nos despertamos sudando también lo reportamos y no hicieron nada, recibimos la cafetera llena de suciedad con café de los huéspedes anteriores, y un ‘snack’ en la piscina que consistía en mini hamburguesas sin cubrir, rodeadas de moscas, papas frías y ruedas de pescado frito. Las copas del bar estaban amarillentas, claramente ya vieron mejores días. Además del ruido constante de la construcción de al lado, la supuesta ‘vista’ daba directo a una construcción. Llegué ilusionada y solo quería irme. Si pueden evitar esta experiencia, háganlo.

This hotel is not being maintained. The smell of mould in the air is very obvious everywhere you go. When we were checked in, we were given a room that had yet to be cleaned and still had dirty bathroom, unmade bed, leftover food. I asked for a second room, but in addition to not being shown as the pictures it was beside a massive condo construction. They did end up moving us into a different building closer to the beach, which was better but still had issues and still had construction all around us. I think it’s very important that you update your website with this information

De los mejores Todo incluidos, el bar es muy amplio, la comida variada y deliciosa, el personal es muy amable y servicial.

Buen lugar con todas las comidas y con bebeidas alcohólicas incluidas, en la temporada que fui estaba suave y el servido y las instalaciones muy completas

Nos gustó la comida la bebida las actividades baile, demostración de como hacer bebidas, la alberca está muy bien. El todo incluido sirve de mucho si le hacen falta algunas cosas como reparaciones pero poco a poco se mira que lo van a poner más mejor. Hotel de calidad y las personas que trabajan ahí muy buenas gentes y trabajadoras. Yo lo recomiendo mucho
