El lugar está muy bien, decoración, características en general, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear falta LIMPIEZA en las habitaciones !!!

perfect place , the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. made my stay easy and enjoyable. The hot tub was perfect. also loved they had a beautiful restaurant next door with great food

It was terrible never had an experience like that. My room smell like sweared. We didn’t have any water since 5:00 in the morning so you couldn’t go to bathroom or shower. There’s no one in the office only security guards. The receptionist arrived until 9:00 a.m told her we didn’t have water and she said let see but with attitude kind of ignoring me. I will never go back very bad service and no one is never in office to help you. I w

Staff was courteous. The morning of the following day we stayed there was no water I’ve requested a refund and have not heard back yet

Clean and spacious, staff was friendly.

Restaurant closed until Noon. Soap dispenser out, lack of towels. Nice big comfortable beds. No ready available coffee available for guests, perhaps a coffee pot but there should be coffee if you offer a restaurant /bar. I chose this place for them having these amenities. Very clean tho….

Excellent customer service and place

Un poco sucia, los muebles con polvo, y unas ligas en la cama ( que no eran mias ) pero muy bonita habitacion , colorida y muy comoda.

Room was very clean. Facility was well maintained. Pool water is very cold.

La cabaña está amplia en general aunque el baño es bastante pequeño. Le falta mantenimiento, por ejemplo la puerta de acceso estaba zafada y costaba trabajo cerrarla y las cortinas estaban en mal estado. La cabaña estaba, en general, sucia y nos dejaron un solo rollo de baño (el cual se acabó muy rápido). También tuvimos un problema con el agua, ya que uno de los días no tuvimos agua ni en el lavabo, ni en la regadera. El problema se resolvió más tarde, después de hacer varias llamadas, ya que no había nadie en recepción. Y muy importante, no hacen servicio de limpieza en los cuartos, ya que ellos no se hacen responsables de las llaves de la cabaña.
