My stay at Mira was exceptional except for an experience we had at the pool with one staff member. We were two couples, a group of four and we all had a great time. The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet, the rooms have all the amenities (mini bar has extra charge). The check in was smooth and the Janet (i think that’s her name) she was very polite and very friendly. Now, I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t for how rude Ema at the pool was with our group. We felt unwelcome the minute we sat by the pool. Ema was talking and serving all the guests around us, except us. We had to call her every time we wanted a drink, a couple of times we had to go to the bar to order drinks because she wouldn’t even look at us. There was another guy that started picking up our glasses and we started ordering from him. His name is Andrew that’s your guy at the pool. Very nice and friendly.

Second time staying here, and it was just as enjoyable as the first! It was the perfect spot for a quick getaway, with plenty to do nearby. We loved the room's private sauna and jacuzzi they made for a truly relaxing stay. The views were amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

The property itself is beautiful, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the check-in experience could have been much better. We called ahead to let them know we would be arriving after the 3:00 p.m. check-in time and that we were already on our way, so we expected the room to be ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, and we had to wait about an hour. There also seemed to be some confusion about our reservation and payment through Expedia, as the staff initially didn’t realize the room had already been paid for. Once we got into the room, we also had some issues connecting to the Sonos system. The staff did try to make up for the inconvenience by offering us an extra hour for late checkout, which we appreciated. Despite the rough start, the property itself was great and we enjoyed our time there. With a more organized check-in process and better communication regarding prepaid reservations, the experience would have been much better.

The hotel was beautiful and very unique. Our room was lovely, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. However, for the price we paid, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. When we checked in, the terrace was full of dirt, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned by housekeeping the following day. We also had issues with the hot water. During showers, the hot water would only last about three minutes before turning completely cold, forcing us to keep our showers extremely short. The staff provided good service overall, but the bar could use improvement. The cocktail selection was very limited, and the drinks we tried were not particularly good. Service at the bar was also quite laid-back and slower than expected. Overall, the property is beautiful and has a lot of charm, but there are several areas that need improvement to match the price point.

A beautiful Oasis. Everything was super thoughtful. We didn’t want to leave the room. We loved the in-room sauna, and the pizzas in the room were ridiculously delicious!

It was one of the best experiences!! I travel a lot and this was one of the most amazing stays Spotless, gorgeous, A+++ Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. Lovely with breakfast baskets and generally the concept of the room with a little kitchen, well stocked bar/fridge, jacuzzi and sauma is great.

Es un hotel precioso, con una arquitectura única, conectas con la naturaleza. Habitaciones amplias y con buen gusto en la decoración. Lo único es que no cuenta con servicio de restaurante.

Nos encanto!! La vista, los cuartos, esta irreal! Solo nos toco algun problema que olia feo el baño, como a caño. Mejoraria la limpieza del cuarto se siente como muy polvoso el piso. Tambien algo que no nos gustó es que no hay desayuno, Fuera de eso los cuartos estan espectaculares
