Buenas ! Me gustaría decirle que el lugar estaba bien limpio , el único problema fue es que el agua no estaba muy caliente , para poder tirar la basura en el piso 8 no había un tanque de basura y el inodoro se dañó así que el agua se salió pero me arreglaron tan pronto pudieron , gracias por todo , el estafas fue muy atento, gracias

Las facilidades del apartamento todo en orden y limpio al igual el lobby de entrada, todos bien serviciales.

The property was ok however I did not feel safe in the area it’s located

The apartment is not as pretty as how the photos show. It is close to Casco Viejo neighborhood, which is a great thing (5 minutes walk), but the neighborhood it is located is not good at all, it is a dirty and poor neighborhood, loud music till 5 am coming from neighbors, and windows do not have two-way noise reduction. The apartment has good security.

Room was clean large and great to have kitchen and laundry in the unit. The pool is small and not really a lounging area. Overall it was super loud, dogs barking, alarms going off and immediate area a little sketch

Staff was nice, they responded quickly when I realized our coffee pot didnt work. The pool was very small and the pool area was just okay. The area around the apartments was quite rough, there's car alarms going on frequently. The street was very dirty and though the neighborhood appeared to be safe, it was not very nice for visitors. The apartment itself was clean, the pictures made it look much bigger than it actually was though. It was a comfortable bed. The kitchen was Truly bare Bones with just appliances and dish soap which was fine but you needed to go to the store immediately even for coffee

El edificio y sus apartamentos son una belleza a pesar de estar ubicados en una zona no muy buena de la ciudad de Panamá. Las atenciones de su personal son excelentes Son amables, cordiales, gentiles, siempre te reciben con una sonrisa y muy dispuestos a ayudarte a resolver cualquier tipo de inconveniente que se presente. La verdad que su staff es increíble. El apartamento es precioso, limpio, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla genial

Apartamento novo, em boas condições embora o aquecedor do chuveiro não funcionava. O prédio está localizado em um bairro cercado por cortiços e favelas com muito lixo e esgoto nas ruas, além de calçadas esburacadas. Mas caminhando-se uns 4 quarteirões chegasse ao centro histórico.

This is not a standard hotel, but rather rooms are owned by individual owners and managed by staff at the building. Check in and allowing guests into the room was very inconvenient. Also despite the name, this is in Santa Ana and not Casco, so not the best area.

I liked the buildings quietness and modern style.

Limpieza: Departamento nuevo en buenas condiciones y equipado. Comunicación: El personal que atendía no sabía muchas cosas de lo que se les preguntaba. Condiciones de la propiedad: como nueva y todo funciona correctamente. Alrededores: No se encuentra en la zona colonial, está unas cuadras fuera, el edificio se ubica en la llamada zona del chorrillo, en dos de siete días escuchamos balaceras, nuestra estadía fue de salir y llegar en uber porque todo mundo nos decía que no debíamos andar en la calle caminando y menos por la noche, nuestra estancia por este motivo fue agridulce y no regresaría. (Esposos +50).
