They charged me two time for extra person I paid for five people they charged me before check in and check out there are five spider in the bathroom and one in next to bed my kids and I couldn’t sleep and morning we check out what if one spider go in my kids mouth or ear who is responsible for that I need refund this is first bad experience in twenty years very bad service please kindly get my refund thank you

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was is beautiful set and has a great view, the meal was fantastic at all times! This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Morocco, J’aime bio et bois!
