Eles não possuem recepção 24h e isso não é avisado no ato da reserva. Laurice e Esmeralda excepcionais, todas muito atenciosas e dedicadas. CATALINA, essa vocês deveriam desligar do quadro de funcionários, deselegante, desrepeitosa, mal educada e sempre de cara muito feia, toda hora respirava fundo e se pedimos algo seja para esquentar o café ou alguma coisa que faltava no café, sempre tinha uma piadinha para ser feita, fora que parece que não quer trabalhar. Sobre o hotel, muito aconchegante os quartos e limpeza. Mas Catalina faz com que toda a experiência seja péssima.

3성급이지만 기본이 부족했음. - 겨울철 난방이 안됨 (에어컨으로 29도 맞춰놓았으나 그래도 추웠음) - 뜨거운 물이 오래 기다려야 나옴 - 영어가 잘 안 통함 - 아침 식사 다양성이 부족함 - 변기 상태가 안 좋음 - 전등이 제대로 안 나온게 많음 - 매일 물병 교체가 이뤄지지 않음 - 벌레도 발견했음

Incrível e bem localizado!

Hospitality from BHB made my trip so enjoyable after I was so exhausted in Atacama desert trip of 6 days. Ms. Catalina, a one cat mom, and Ms. Esmeralda, a 5 dogs mom, were absolutely friendly, flexible, knowledgeable, and professional. They are simply the best. Breakfast was tasty, healthy and relaxing. The room was superb. Quiet, clean, stylish and with great views. I will be back. Thank you.

This Hotel was absolutely perfect! It is walking distance to many attractions and landmarks. The rooms are better than advertised! Spacious and very clean. I included breakfast with my stay. I highly recommend as it is freshly made each morning. All of the staff were great and extremely helpful. Laurice and Catalina were there and they were the absolute best! Next time I visit Chile I will choose this location again!

Very nice little hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location for walking places and choices for restaurants and cafes. Room was very nice with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Florencia and her staff were fantastic. I recommend staying here. Good value for money.

The room was great and when there was an issue with the lights, they upgraded us to a better room. Eric and Laurice were very helpful and kind, and Flor was very accommodating and commutative.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and breakfast was a great start to every day. The level of service was phenomenal, especially Florencia during the days and Catalina in the evenings.

The place is a small boutique hotel in a nice and generally safe neighborhood with an art museum and lots of restaurants nearby. the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The sheets were very clean ans the bed was very nice which I appreciated a lot. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. the beautiful receptionist, Florencia, went above and beyond to help me out from sending me messages hours before my check in time to ask me if I needed anything to helping me with Spanish translations for my travel arrangements within Chile. I highly recommend this hotel.

While it doesn't look like much of a hotel from first appearances, it was a very nice stay in a very good location. For the price, the room had everything I needed it was comfortable clean and included a mini fridge with complimentary water. TV had a lot of programming options, shower was nice, hot water was good with soap and shampoo. The breakfast was very nice snd the staff will cook you eggs to order along with other small buffet options. The electronic locks take some practice to operate quickly but always staff around to help. Luggage storage was also very helpful.
