Très bon séjour, super accueil et logement idéalement situé

Everything was excellent, staff were very attentive and helpful. Place was easy to get to. The restaurant was amazing. My girls enjoyed the pool very much. The spa was wonderful. Everything was top notch. We were a family of five and rented the family suite. We all slept very comfortable. I will definitely come back.

This Riad was a dream! If we ever return to Morocco, we will definitely stay here again. The location was incredible because it was less than 5 minutes walking to any of the main places, yet a quiet setting to rest and sleep. The rooms were big and air conditioned. The breakfast buffet put even the biggest American buffets to shame. The customer service was also impeccable. They provide everything one would need from bath amenities to pool towels to giving directions and tips for where to go. We had a minor hiccup in our stay and the staff handled it immediately and provided dinner on the house just for the inconvenience. We have traveled to multiple countries and this stay has been one of the best ever. Being from the southern part of the USA, I am accustomed to great hospitality and this Riad did not disappoint.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Nous avons tous fait à pied. Le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est complet les viennoiseries sont vraiment très bonnes. Un petit bémol c'est dommage que les tables de nuit soit si possible et il n'y a qu'un pouf Personnel très gentil . Nous avons eu un soir ou des jeunes se sont installés a la piscine et là ça a été très bruyant jusqu'à 2h du matin. .

We stayed here on a family trip. There were four of us staying in the 4-person suite. We had a wonderful stay. The A/C worked amazingly, which is super important when staying in Marrakech in the summer. The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn’t be beat! Highly recommend if you want to stay close to the Medina and not break the bank!

We stayed as a group of five and, while the location was excellent and the breakfast was good, there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. Before arrival, I had already advised the hotel that accessibility would be an issue, but unfortunately there was little consideration given to this. The property has steps throughout, no ramps, and the step into the bathroom was extremely high, making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties or disabilities. The room we were allocated also had no window, which made it feel quite enclosed. In addition, I mentioned when booking that it was my birthday, but no effort or acknowledgement was made by the hotel. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was enjoyable. It would be suitable for couples or groups without children and with no accessibility requirements, but I would not recommend it for guests with mobility needs.

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, parfaitement situé pour profiter des environs. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : accueillant, disponible et toujours souriant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité, tout comme les repas proposés. L’espace piscine, le restaurant et les parties communes sont particulièrement beaux et bien entretenus, offrant un cadre très agréable pour se détendre. Quelques petits équipements supplémentaires dans la chambre auraient été appréciés, notamment un sèche-cheveux et davantage de prises électriques. Cependant, cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et recommandons vivement cet établissement pour son confort, son service et sa situation idéale.

The staff and the riad were excellent. The staff was very helpful, it definitely made our stay much better. In addition, they were very helpful with scheduling transportation and tours.

Ich habe das Hotel als Überraschung für meine Frau zu unserem Jahrestag für unsere Hochzeit gebucht. Um es kurz zu fassen: Es war perfekt und die absolut richtige Entscheidung. Angefangen mit dem Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und auch wieder zurück, haben wir ein super angenehmes Personal gehabt. Auf meine Bitte das Zimmer entsprechend zu unserem Jahrestag zu dekorieren ist das Team eingegangen, wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang und eine super Betreuung. Das Ambiente ist traumhaft, die Lage ist genial, und ein Pool zur Abkühlung ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch ein saftiges Frühstück. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für die tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft, wir haben uns in diese regelrecht verliebt.

Magnifique Ryad avec une vraie piscine grande et ds un décor de rêve. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La localisation est idéale à deux pas de Djema El Fna. J’y retournerai les yeux fermés. Choukran

I do not recommend purchasing the “half board” or all inclusive (if available). While breakfast was good, dinners lacked choices and were bland. We were there for three nights and regretted paying ahead for dinner as there are so many better options outside the hotel. The location is excellent and the beds were comfortable.

Stayed for 2 nights , great location but the room wasn’t great , air con leaked and there was what sounded like rats in the ceiling scratching around for a hour or so in the night … the breakfast was good but wouldn’t stay again

Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. We literally had to get up to get a menu, to order and to let them know we were finished. I booked transportation to the airport with the hotel and they told me when it was time to leave that I had to pay the driver in cash. They should’ve mentioned that when I booked it. Also, since we left early in the morning I asked for a bagged breakfast which they said would be done but no breakfast was prepared for us. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
