We booked this property four months ago, but the managers were unaware of our arrival even after we messaged them just hours before boarding the plane. When we called them upon arrival, they asked us which travel agency we used to make the booking. It was a frustrating experience trying to secure a place to stay for the night. They referred us to the Sundowner hotel, saying they have a relationship with them and promised to call us the following day, but we never got a response.
